Yeah for sure if you get a small arena than it sucks cause I’ve had that before but you can also get a big arena and it makes it even easier so it’s fine like a double edge sword

yeah for me as long as the traps are gone no matter what for me it’s still pretty easy but depending on your class your world temple can just screw you over
@@FluffyNuo I know you’ve probably defeated him by now but you can build a platform high up to avoid all the traps and it basically just becomes avoid things every 10 seconds

Wall Of flesh in the top 5 is insane, even with summoner with the right gear I got it first try but the rest of the list isn't bad
I might be a little biased because about a year ago I did a summoner only master mode run and wof was so hard but I that’s fair I’m curious what would you put instead?
@@mercyI_I id put him at like 7, the twins are definitely harder in my eyes, and honestly queen slime gave me a lot of trouble with here insane amount of minions. To be fair I did beat WoF on my summoner playthrought on expert which is probably why. When I fought him on master tho I used the hellwing bow and it absolutely shredded him
I’ve always found Cultist as one of the harder ones, I always struggle more with Cultist than Duke Fishron despite me usually doing Duke around Plantera
Hmm that’s interesting I find that the loot you have even without fighting someone like Duke or the empress still seems to overpower him however I could also see that if you aren’t able to quickly find which cultist is the real one than I could for definitely see him higher for sure
Golem's difficulty depends so much on the generated boss room.
That’s facts personally for me I’ve had trash spawns and goated spawns but for the most part it’s still pretty easy even with trash spawns

I think I abuse a lot of bosses' weaknesses with some specific strategies so the only ones I find hard are those I can't abuse or are hard to abuse lol. here's my ranking, based on Master Mode. Eater and Queen Bee aren't here because I literally never fight them, at least not when I'm supposed to.
1. Empress Of Light (tbf I haven't fought her much so maybe if I did I could learn her attacks properly)
2. Moon Lord (the fight is so chaotic and impossible to dodge, the only viable strategy is to literally run away constantly, barely keeping him on screen, and even then you can get hit by some random projectile that deals half your health in master mode. it's a little lame for a final boss imo)
3. Wall Of Flesh (lasers are just impossible to dodge as its health gets lower, not to mention the annoying leeches and The Hungry. it can be somewhat cheesed with dynamite but I usually don't do that)
4. Queen Slime (I have never been able to figure out how to dodge both her attacks and the ones from the small slimes at the same time, and their damage is ridiculous. i can usually only beat her by having the nurse around lol)
5. Skeletron (hands are genuinely quite hard to dodge, homing skulls may not be too bad if you circle the boss but if you mess up once they deal massive damage. I also think this is quite the endurance test as the health of his hands and his head combined make him very durable, you might even lose the fight to daytime if you lack DPS)
6. Plantera (this fight honestly can be manageable if you keep calm and know what you're doing, especially with RoD and hook of dissonance, but still, getting hit once in the second phase is pretty much death)
7. Twins (grav potions make a lot of the fight easier, but messing up once with Spazmatism can destroy your health bar. Retinazer's second phase isn't too bad if you keep calm and know what you're doing, but if you don't, you won't stop getting hit by lasers)
8. Duke Fishron (I thought he was one of the hardest bosses for a while but once I actually decided to learn him so I could beat him pre mechs, he's actually ridiculously consistent and predictable. his damage is kinda ridiculous so you have very little room to mess up but with enough practice, you won't mess up much. third phase requires some precise timing though)
9. Brain of Cthulhu (Creepers can easily overwhelm you and put you in a loop of getting hit over and over again, it's also hard to space against brain when he can fucking teleport, and he can end up pretty damn close to you. During the second phase he becomes quite fast and you need pretty good reaction time. Only reason he's not higher is that his damage isn't THAT high)
10. Golem (genuinely find him decently difficult to dodge in that stupid small room and in master mode he really does deal a lot of damage)
11. Destroyer (would be way higher if you couldn't abuse the fact he doesn't despawn with distance. that makes him really easy, but since that's cheese i'm still putting him here at least. I find the probes and lasers impossible to avoid and they do high damage)
12. Skeletron Prime (free with grav potions, not much else to say)
13. Eye of Cthulhu (while its expert mode attacks can be quite hard to avoid, i think it just usually doesn't deal high enough damage to be able to kill you)
14. King Slime (yeah this is such a simple fight, can't remember the last time i died to him while actually trying)
Mechdusa's also not here because I haven't fought it much yet but if I did, it might end up in the top 3, maybe even top 1.
Yeah I think I could most shake on this list I still feel like queen slime is a little high cause at mead for me you can just run away unless your summoner it’s pretty tough
For me as a guy who always play on Master mode Queen Jelly (yes that's what I call her) is quite tough, cuz the bullet spam is real when she spawns enough slimes, and her contact damage is abnormal (200+ damage)
Also Empress of Light hardest?!
for me nah she like easier than Wall of Flesh for me idk why, guess the laser spam from when the wall is at 2% hp is ungodly.
Damn bro you must be a god idk I’ve beaten every boss in master mode before besides queen slime so I can’t talk for that but if she is anything like in expert mode she gets fucked by range empress is really tough tho I’m surprised you put her that low lol
For me, the twins were always the easiest mech boss. That is because I am good at dodging while dishing out great damage. (and also because I have a twin sister irl) I thought The Destroyer was always hard because I don't use ranged (usually) so I wouldn't be using the Stormbow. And since I don't play mage often, I forgot about the Meteor Staff. I am the average toxic melee player so I hate Master mode and despite playing since late 2015, I'm not super good at the game outside of melee.
This is the most sigma male comment I’ve ever gotten and all I can say is based but yeah if you play melee I easily see the twins being the easiest than destroyer but imo if you Average it for like all the classes it comes out to the twins being the hardest imo

Edit: I feel like you really underestimate summoners, especially in the WoF. The whips can kill all of the hungry at once at a fair distance, and the summons can target the mouth to alleviate some stress from focusing on damaging the boss
I think I have a little bit of trauma cause when master mode I tried a summoner only master mode play through and it was hard as fuck but also in master mode the whip can’t always kill the hungers or at least that’s what I remember maybe I’m just bad tho idk it was like 2 years ago when 1.4 just came out lol
Tbh I’m one of the people who had no trouble with queen bee it was my second irl day of playing terraria and I stumbled on a new area and the bee spawns then it dies🗿(expert mode)

dude i have defeated duke fishron in one try but i was so close to dying
basically i was at like 2 hearts and it was dashing at me but couldnt hit me cuz i was just a few pixels
and just after a few seconds there were like a lot sharks that were thrown at me but with luck i managed to dodge them
then i drank the greater healing potion and healed myself
so duke is now the hardest boss for me
i think it's dificulty is depending on what role you use to fight like malee or ranger
Honestly i found plantera extremely easy. With the right setup and arena i never went below 200 health and beat it first ever try with a summoner build on expert.
Damn I think I just suck at dodging her when she is running at me at like 500 mph cause if you get hit by her vines she pretty much sends you into her but good shit
just use chlorophyte bullets and megashark
that makes it like a lot easier if u suck at aiming
In my current normal mode world I beat Eye of Cthulu 2 times in a row without dying first try each time I beat Skeletron first try and also beat the eater of worlds first try either 2 or 3 times in a row
But I failed to beat King Slime twice

Okay tip with eater of worlds just use a mace and hold it and he dies almost instantly you don’t even need to move

I think plantera deserves S tier, the fact that it takes hours of prep to make a proper arena cant be ignored, her hp is really high too for the point you fight her and of all the bosses in this game she might actually be the only one you cant cheese if you are stuck Shes also 100% required to fight golem and spawn the cultist. However the moonlord can be spawned anywhere so you can nurse spam, fishron and empress can easily be cheesed by killing the much easier cultist first and getting a pillar weapon which will just melt these bosses faces off due to being optional side bosses rather than progression bosses.
thats fair personally I follow the general progression of duke and emp before cultist and the pillar weapons are pretty much better than anything you would get from duke and empress i personally find that it really does depend on your arena if you make a super big one you really can just circle her the whole fight however i do think the arena point is fair and if your lazy like me and make a smaller arena the fight is actually pretty tough and would for sure I could see it being in s tier for sure

Edit: Also Fishron is like... one of the simplest to learn bosses on any difficulty... He can easily be done after 1 mech or before any of them has been defeated (If you want the fight to take years) because his patterns are so predictable and he hands out insane gear (Flairon, Tsunami, Razorblade Typhoon, Fishron Wings) for basically free. I don't get how he ended up in third here. Yes, when I didn't know the pattern I had to just react to him quickly enough, but if you're expecting a teleport at all times - even without knowing it will happen, it is manageable.

The destroyer is actually the easiest for summoners, because whips can hit through walls so just a line of solid blocks makes it a cake walk.

Here me out, duke fishron is the hardest boss in the game. I swear I die so much to this boss that I get experienced to the max with him, then have a break and then come back to die over and over. I never really struggle with the empress of light and only do day fight with zenith. (I don’t play summoner so I do it after zenith just so I have) and moon lord is hard once but really ez to pick up on attack pattern and once you kill once you don’t ever again.
Can I tell you a secret I felt the exact same way actually the script originally was written empress, moon lord than Duke which is why in the outro I say I’m sure people are going to have a lot of opinions cause I assumed really no one agreed but yeah Duke took me so long almost every boss I beat like very quickly but Duke actually took me like two days I actually watched videos telling me about his attack pattern however I decided to change because after Duke I did the empress and I was thinking of using the melee weapon you get from him but I really struggled to get so I ended up fighting him like 30 times to the point where I knew everything about him I agree that the next time I go back and play he will be really hard but it’s fine if like k rool in smash bros if youve played that once you know how to get around his shit it’s not so bad but still super tough very based and valid take

I've never beat the Eater even with piercing weapons and the slimy saddle yet I've beat plantera without the nurse (both on expert mode)
Also I feel like the twins and skeletron prime become alot easier of you just spam dash with the crystal assassin set
How you did you beat expert mode plantera without beating the eater? For the armor thou I honestly thought this was a mage armor but when I looked it up just now it’s actually not honestly I think if I had fought the twins or prime first I agree it would have been easier thou I do think that the bosses the hallow armor gives are invaluable for them but next time I do a run of this game I’ll definitely have to try it out cause those bonus seem really really good

Terraria is Life 👌 lmao thou to be fair most bosses besides duke and empress weren’t that bad for me moon lord is hard but I’ve practiced that boss a lot so it’s not as bad also blueberries are top 3 fruit I like your style 😎👌
The only one I have beaten is Skeletron. I fought the Eye of Cthulu before I was ready for it and the two times King Slime has spawned, were at the worst possible moments.
Btw dps stands for damage per second so attacks cant have dps but only damage
I’m in an idiot so this may not be right but technically if your doing more damage that increases your damage per sec cause your doing more damage just in general but I think I know what your mean I think I use the term dps for general damage when usually it’s for attack speed but ye lol
For me I find Skeletron to be the third easiest boss because I commonly can beat him with only getting hit maybe 3-4 times.
The homing skulls use to be hard when I first was fighting him but now that I understand how they move I pretty much never get touched by them.
The hands themself are the things that hit me and it's usually when he throws one right after I just dodged the other, thankfully they don't do too much damage.

I have daytime EoL and Duke high because of their stats because I haven't fought them enough to get my true opinion, I did however manage to beat MM daytime EoL in about 5-7 tries in my summoner run using Phantasm and Clorophyte arrows along side an ichor flask+whip to lower defense. But I think this was luck so I'm not lowering her spot.
Yeah that’s fair I think in the last few years if just gotten worse at some fights AH’s I think skeleton is one of them I don’t think I ever thought he was bottom 3 but I’ll say he used to be for me not that bad I’m still surprised that queen slime is so high but I guess it could depend on your class like I switched classes this play through from melee ranger and summoner just a question how is it a summoner play through if u used phantasm for her? Just wonder cause I know people fight her at diff stages of the game
But you yeah empress is still super hard and when I did the fight for the outro bit with post golem loot it was for sure the hardest boss especially in the day time I mean it took me like an hour to do the fight Lmao sucks that in 1.4.4 cause they patched the hallowed armor and master ninja gear stuff so kind of sucks lol
@@mercyI_I I didn't even know dodge gear worked on daytime EoL because I assumed it ignored it. Queen Slime is high because I have a hard time dodging the attacks from her adds if I'm focusing on the boss, so I always get hit by the pink slime balls.
I was mainly a summoner with other weapons as needed to help, I still had all my summoner gear on I just grabbed the Phantasm I made as a novelty that I didn't think I'd actually use. Turns out that bow is really effective against her.
I tried true summoner before but that wasn't fun.
Yeah bruh without hallowed armor daytime empress as summoner is so hard but yeah queen slime is really hard if you can’t put range her so I can see that if your a summoner
@@mercyI_I yeah they gave the squishiest class melee. On Queen Slime I ended up making a pit with water to slow down bouncing attacks with a platform far above it. If I didn't cheese for the sanguine staff I would have been whip only on her.
Here's my opinion as a Melee Tank (on master mode, finished the game in less than 80 deaths, and killed daytime empress): I agree that King Slime, Eye of Cthulhu, Golem, Brain of Cthulhu are easy, but, Eater of Worlds in pretty tough, definitely not that early on the list. Queen Bee is much harder than Skeletron, even if you fight her post Skeletron. Wall of Flesh is not that hard, definitely not in my top 5. Now, onto hardmode: Queen Slime is actually pretty hard, because of her minions, harder than some mech bosses. Now onto mechs. No. Destroyer. Is. Not. Easy. He is on my top 5 hardest bosses in the game, harder than Plantera for sure. Skeletron Prime is in a good spot, but Twins? Why does everyone think Twins are hard? For me they are the easiest mech boss, I know they're annoying, but just focus on Retinazer and leave Spazmatism for later. Plantera isn't THAT tough. She isn't easy, but definitely not in top 5. Duke Fishron deserves that spot, same as Moon Lord. Yes, Empress is the hardest boss in the game, but only, Daytime Empress of Light. At night's she's the same difficulty as Plantera. That's all, nice video ❤
I say that Queen of Light is much easier than Duke Fisheran because dodging the attacks of Queen of Light is much easier than Duke Fisheran's tornado attack.
I find that it’s much easier to just run away from Duke even with the tornados but that’s fair

Ahhhhhhhh I think Sheletron Prime is a harder Mechanical boss than the Twins soo maybe not “objectively”
Fair I think it depends on your class if your a summoner than yeah I agree for sure with that crazy hp count it’s hard to damage him down when your best option is like the blade staff idk what class you play but if it’s like ranger or mage than I think “objectively” it is easier than the twins
Me as mage not seeing that destroyer is going to spawn the destroyer spawns and I get destroyed by the destroyer because I didn’t see it’s message that the destroyer is going to spawn
That’s a destructively destructive way to lose to the destroyer

I remember fighting him on mobile honestly for an endgame boss he’s pretty easy but yeah sad he didn’t get a refamp of his ai cause he’s honestly pretty cool
I am a calamity player and even with the weapon of calamity I still struggle with that damn empress of light
Yeah I’ve never had the pleasure of playing calamity but I think even just in gaming the empress of light would be considered a hard boss imo
I have 350+ hours on Terraria but I still haven't beaten EoL. It is just too hard for me and I just do Duke instead.
Yeah Duke honestly is easier and honestly has better loot overall

@@mercyI_I with golem in expert he can do a surprising amount of damage when his head is flying. With the cultist you need a single target weapon, And with most of playthroughs I dont get single target weapons
That’s fair I play summoner so cultists is pretty easy and with golem I just circle him the whole time and when his head comes off I just run on the from side to side and dps him down

I feel like it’s a little hard to rank invasion type bosses cause usually I feel likes it’s not the boss itself that’s hard but the combination of it and the several other enemies around I would probably put him in like c tier with flying it’s pretty easy to ignore the pirates as well as dodge the attacks
I fucking struggled on golem on my first playthrough, for whatever reason idk. Ever since then though I’ve beaten him first try every time.
Tbh empress of light was easy for me because I did have a legendary terra blade with full beetle armor and all menacing on all my accessories

I'd personally say Duke Fishron should be higher, his just overall speed and attack patterns make him in my book the second, if not, THE hardest boss in Terraria.
I could see this in the original script for this video he was the number 1 but I decided to change it after thinking about it more I spent the most time on him overall but it’s like once you learn his attack patterns he’s pretty slight imo

Queen slime is top 8 easy me and my friend struggled so much with her on expert mode even with Daedalus stormbow and bananarang.
Fun fact for me empress of light daytime and nighttime is down in like the 10th because I can beat her daytime form ( without any op items) easily while destroyer is first, I srsly don’t know why destroyer is so hard for me😅

Idk which way this is going but if queen bees the easiest I for sure disagree with that one but otherwise I could sort of see the rest of the list maybe just not that king slime is there lol also I have played this game on master several times though I’ve actually never beat it in expert which is why I decided to do it in expert though in hindsight a master mode list would have probably been a lot better though it probably also would have looked very similar to this but who knows

I am a mage and the only bosses I’ve faced is king slime (i faced him 3 times) the wall of flesh,eye of Cthulhu,the Brain of Cthulhu,skeleton and skeleton prime
Also I meant to say skeletron

i find it funny everyone says golem is so easy but i had a very hard time beating him for the first time and here are the reasons why 1) i didnt clear the traps 2) i didnt build in the chamber 3) i was 8
Lmao I lost it with the I was 8 lol 😆 but yeah if you don’t clear out the chamber then the fight kind of sucks like the traps are harder to deal with than golem lol

Easiest to hardest for me(ii have defeated only like 10 bosses):
1. The Destroyer
2. Skeletron prime
3. Queen slime
4. Wall of flesh
5. skeletron
6. Deerclops
7. Eater of worlds
8. Queen bee
9. eye of cthulhu
10. King slime
I think plantera is easy since you could just do loops around it over and over and whenever i do that it seems to work
I think the spikes she shoots out can limit movement but also it depends how big you make your arena
@@mercyI_I true, it might depend on arena size. If you at least make it tall, it's easy to cheese. It's harder to cheese with a smaller arena since there's a chance the projectiles might hit you. Hallowed armor is actually pretty good for the fight because of its set bonus to dodge an attack 👍
Edit: one thing everyone can agree on is that plantera's theme is 🔥
Plantera is super ez just get Chlorophyte armor get mega shark with cursed bullet and you will just melt her health but finding her FUCKING BULP IS SO HARD AND THEN GETTING IT TO YOUR ARENA IS ALSO A PAIN

Anyone willing to weigh in on where empress ranks in normal mode? Beat her on my second attempt and was only 500 health from one attempting her off a no arena accident spawn
Lol I’ve never actually fought her in normal mode so I can’t really say but I will say that I feel like she definitely wouldn’t be the hardest boss cause normal to expert is a massive jump compared to expert to master which isn’t as big so I couldn’t really say but my bet is she would probably be easier but still in the top 5 I think
for me the Quin bee its ezz just get a range weapon and good armor
i have no idea why people struggle with the wall or plantera, skeletron is the easiest mech boss for me twins in the middle and destroyer the hardest

I said skeletron prime is the easiest for me. Destroyer is hard for me cause i dont really cheese him

2. I did planterra second try and without even light.
3. DESTROYER HAS FRICKIN 80K HP AND SHOOTS LASERS THAT DEAL 50 DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i find plantera really hard because you don’t get that many new options after killing all the mech bosses and she has some pretty difficult attacks
for me it was super easy
at some point i even thought i overprepared for the fight
I don’t think planters is that difficult but I don’t think I have a right to talk since I haven’t finished my summoner and ranger playthroughs

At the end I say that I’m using footage from a different RUclipsr cause my pc is ass and couldn’t handle both recording and playing the game at the same time but I did play it with Normal armor in my cause titanium armor and fought it as my first boss in hard mode
I have terrablade and im only at Golem I have beaten the eternal crystal on highest stage asw (I'm expert mode)
I totally agre, Empress of light has good hp and insane damage, post Moonlord i farmed Moonlord Ez but failed tò kill her
For me plentera was the easiest boss of the game during all the fight the only thing i did was jumping

Bro I’d did the skeleton fight with molten armor and only used 1 healing potion he is really hard and he does no damage
I followed the progression chart on the terraria wiki but yeah your right I’m usually to lazy to get molten armor but yeah if you grinded for it than I imagine the fight is much easier with the extra defense and better weapons

plantera was the easiest boss of hardmode for me. first time i fought it i never went below 300 health
brain of cuthooloo of i have a story about him and its not about how i can't spell its name
but so i had full spider armor and 5 spider minions and i battled cuthuloo then magical light orb liek things appeared from a below cave and murdered custholu in like less than 2 seconds i hardly even had time to battle he was dead... i lost 0 hp...

empress of light is so fucking easier than moonlord like shes attack are easy dodgable and give u much time to react, moonlord doesnt and he have much more hp and require better items
