SORCA (Squamish Off-Road Cycling Association) confirmed that this is indeed now a sanctioned trail and gave me permission to share this online. Show them some love by staying off it in questionably wet conditions, as the nature of the trail allows it to get fairly muddy towards the bottom sections. As for where it is, go out and get searching! :)

      Any hints??

The only hint I will give is that the entrance is fairly obvious, so go out and explore!

It's truly amazing how far your content has come! This is not bad by any means, but you're on a whole new level now!

A new monitor for colour correction was game changing, haha!

Nice! I finally rode Alice Lake last weekend, might be my favourite mountain.

VanCan awesome, guess I'll expect to see more videos of it from you then! I might agree about the favourite part...

rode this on the long weekend. it's a masterpiece for sure. incredible. risky with high consequence moves in a stunning setting. just gorgeous. in the wet it would be death. these guys almost make it look easy. skilled locals with brass balls.

haha thanks! I'm sure it was running great (if not a tad dry) this weekend. And I'm hardly a local. :)

Picking my way through unwatched (by me) nuggets of the Dale Stone back catalogue. Another gorgeous looking trail. I know it was a janky double black but, even so, I’d say your riding has improved markedly over the three years since!

Yeah I've heard the same from a few friends haha. I'll have to go back and refilm some of these older ones!

I cannot wait to ride this (next time it's dry of course!). Not sure I'll get all the moves but that is some masterful trail building.

Rode it summer of 2022 and it barely resembles this video. It was interesting to see how it has evolved. There are so many optional lines now, it’s tough to ride blind. Take you time and scout…

This video was within a month of opening and before it even made trailforks! Definitely has worn in fairly significantly haha.

I watched this twice in a row because I can't imagine a trail any better. I know there are sections above my skill level but I would ride this trail until I could clean the whole thing. Level Up!
I like the "intentional" way you ride instead of plowing through. Maybe it is because you don't wear knee pads?

Newer Sub. Glad I found your channel. Awesome riding 🚴and video quality, from what I've seen👍. I'll be enjoying some back log vids for a bit. Haven't looked... When did you start the channel? At 300 subs, your channel is underrated. Your doing great. Keep it up.

Gonzo Kat thanks a ton Gonzo! I'll try to keep you entertained with 1-2 videos per week. I started at the end of January this year so I'm still very much learning all of the bits that go into making videos. Not huge into promoting on other platforms, just happy to be riding my bike! :)

holy cow that's a killer looking trail on a bluebird day. best day of 2018 i'm sure. i can't figure out your buddy's Norco, which one is it?

Braden's rocking the 2018 Sight A1. He puts that thing through hell on almost a daily basis.

Andrew Dalziel thanks! I use a Hero 6 Black tied to a Karma Stick, mounted on a chest mount. Seems to be working pretty well so far.

whats the difficulty level on that trail

    • @DaleStone

It's a pretty tough double black with some exposure and mandatory lines. Highly recommend! 🙂

Hardest trail for me at alice lake.

    • @DaleStone
      @DaleStone  6 лет назад

It's a juicy one for sure. Only a couple can top it difficulty-wise with Larvacide probably topping the list.

I don't really see the benefit of posting this, sweet looking trail, but I think it should just be discovered by word of mouth.

Sean Lulgjuraj I contacted SORCA before posting this video and they gave me their thumbs up. I agree in principle (hence, no obvious shots of entrances/exits), but trail videos and photos are fair game!
