@@khebre6032 nothing lol it doesn’t make any sense. His beef literally should have been with JUST the Titans. They were the ones who nearly bullied him into suicide and made his life miserable every second they got. Especially Hank. Someone ought to remind this Jason who saved him from taking his own life. The one person who was there for him when he was about to throw himself off the Titans tower. Plot makes zero sense just as it has since Season 1. Awful writing.
Titans really upped it this season. Would like longer fight scenes, but damn I'm impressed.

Eh if they milk it too long we know the outcome is guaranteed to be 1 of 2 things, a dead stalemate or the final battle between the 2, short quick fights add more tension because at anytime there could be a killing blow right out of nowhere because they’re able to choreograph a short but super fast fight, these guys were so quick and all it took was 1 mistake and one of them would be dead, outcomes in short fights enable the writer to stun the audience, the fight sequence is done and one could’ve died before we even had the chance to process it which leaves the audience stunned and a lot more effective, the only thing the long fights can usually add is emotion because it allows them to talk a lot throughout, discussing POV’s, scenes like this don’t need severe depth like that, they need shock value and to look good

I give titans a LOT of shit but this fight scene was A+ I really wish it was longer. The banter and them meeting blows because they were trained the EXACT same way is top notch.
Nightwing despite everything is faster and more acrobatic than jason todd is (comic wise)

I love how they are channeling the comics run after Bruce was supposedly killed in Final Crisis, where Jason basically became Dick's Joker

The first season was the only good season. It had a clear vision of horror from the start. This season seems intent on being a Batman season without Batman. Should we look into dove’s grief? Nah write her off. Grayson is the most boring character on the show and he’s the focus.

I thought the first season was really good, season 2 wasn't bad but it was okay, but season 3 got me hooked, I think releasing red hood was a bit to early but it's all good

@@nijohn12 Red Hood most likely took Scarecrow is what I gathered from that. Maybe wanting to eliminate him before he'd spill anymore beans about his Resurrection to Dick. Just like he did to that one guy in a prior episode. Jason doesn't want Dick to have anymore information about how he's alive.

Hope we see both of them as batman fighting and Nightwing comes out on top as the hero and makes Jason take his batsuit off out of respect for what Bruce was originally trying to do as Batman, so that this show can finally resolve it's hatred for the character, Dick could go back to being Nightwing almost immediately.

(I've stopped watching The Flash during season 4, I just check an episode here and there nowadays, and apparently season 7 was a catastrophe; I've just checked the mini-Godspeed arc at the end of the season, and it was indeed lame... shame, the first 2 seasons of "The Flash" were really good...)

That being said, red hood has a significant advantage in this fight because of his weapons. Guns are insanely powerful weapons, and it forced Nightwing to model his attacks and defenses around them

But when that person wielding the gun has had training on par with them, it becomes a problem i.e. Deathstroke, and Red Hood. Train all you want, but when someone's had an equal amount of training, plus a gun, it becomes a huge obstacle.

Dick isn't Batman. He has gone out of his way to do his own thing and be his own person. Jason is actually the better fighter of the five Robins. Dick is the Acrobat, Jason is the Fighter, Tim is the Detective, Damien is the combination of the first three but toned down and Stephanie is the conscience. In the books, Jason has beaten all the former robins including Damien. Hell, Jason singlehandedly ran through Damien's version of the Teen Titans recently

I think the show would be more interesting if they didn't reveal the identity of the red hood and didn't show Jason in previous seasons. They could reveal his identity with flashbacks, making the character more mysterious

I was rooting for red hood cuz I wanted to see already red hood kicking ass and being like the baddas he is
Jason was trying his hardest to kill Dick, but Dick wasn’t actually trying to hurt him because at the end of the day he is his little brother who is in pain and just lost and he loves him no matter what he does. Dick was the prodigal son, the eldest, their heir, the first Robin who set the bar Jason was always trying to reach but couldn’t because he is his own person. Dick honestly probably took that bullet for Jason, consciously or unconsciously, because he will always protect his family.
this fight was short but fucking badass, the 3rd was great but the 4th better be way longer and end with jason winning

Idk the actor s so good for this role but something about the actual character they made like him saying dude and stuff makes him seem a little kiddish from the dark angry red hood in the comics. Overall the actor is really good and I like what they did with the voice

I love Red Hood as much as the next person but isn't this like abit quick. I understand you don't know when your show will be cancelled but this deserved long term plans. When Red Hood was announced Jason wasn't even killed yet. Like kill Jason and wait. If you have troubles with keeping the actor around or giving him work have him appear in flashback scenes for example in Nightwings flashbacks for not being able to save him(since this show rarely covers Batmans point of view it would feel out of place). If you think it's hard just have it like Bruce asked Dick to check on Jason and Dick assuming Jason was fine didn't follow up and then he sees the explosion while fighting on a separate crime scene and then his horrified face and then he next few scenes it's about coping and not covering up his emotions about losing a metaphorical brother and coming to terms with it. It doesn't need to be s focal point the whole season but let it simmer even in the background and the closing shot of season 3 could be "months later" with Dick visiting Jason's tombstone and talking to him (a parallel that rings familiar in the Batman lore) and cut to a shot of binoculars or eyes in the distance watching Dick. Then you start season 4 with teases here and there. Red Hood didn't take over Gotham over night, he waited to make his move without being known and doing his research because despite being a local and working with Batman he knew he couldn't mobilize a gang in Gotham without a plan for the retaliation. See gangsters meet a shadowy figure and others being gunned down. Then the classic Meeting scene (and use some of the same dialogue because it's soooo good) and you run from there. You can even say between 3 and 4 that a year or so has passed to simulate the feeling of the wait being earned. I like a lot of how this show appeals but this felt rushed but would love to hear other people's thoughts
I actually thought it was fine, at the end of the day, it probably was gonna be rushed anyway, so I enjoy what I got, he went through a lot in titans season 2 and what the team put him through, plus he was dead for like two weeks so...as you see I think curran is doing a fine job so yeah I respect your opinion.
I agree completely red hood should’ve been like a season later or after a lil timeskip atleast build it up but it is what it is I guess
Hopefully we get some flash backs on the transformation to red hood.

Jason has better feats to he broke supergirls grip and sneaked away from her he beat bane and body slammed him he also beat Batman 7 times Damian 3 times Tim multiple times and beat nightwing 10 times which is a L he lifted and body slammed Suzy su he took down trigon and Lobo who both of them beat the teen titans and nightwing multiple times he went against Artemis a goodness held a whole skyscraper on his back which is at least a could hundred thousand pounds he was the first person to ever beat a talon while at the same time nightwing got destroyed by them he was able tk beat 2 very strong buff guys while being tied to a chair he is the only person to shut down a crime industry and he shut down black mask who is the most powerful crime boss in Gotham he also was able to figure out how to take the tires of the bat mobile which is you do not know is a multi million dollar car he also beat the joker multiple times and could of killed him but did not he took on and survived 2 years of torture which none of the robins had even gone through he also beat ras’al’goul when he was powered by his Lazarus pit and beat the league and lady shiva and her students that took the man bat to make them stronger at the same time if you think that is not impressive ur dumb ras’al’goul is the same person who beat both nightwing and Batman multiple times and red hood was able to beat him while taking down the league not to mention he went to fight lady shiva at the same time who has beat Batman and nightwing multiple times to and while he was doing that her students were on the man bat drug making them double the power and red hood was able to take down all of them and do you know what is funny when ever Jason fights Batman or any of the bat family for that matter he holds back he has said that in multiple areas which means whenever you see nightwing fight Jason Jason is always holding back and still winning that is so sad and you still say nightwing is stronger pick up a comic book and a IQ and not to mention he beat deathstroke in under 10 seconds deathstroke is the same person who beat both nightwing and Tim drake at the same Time and won while red hood was able to win in under 20 seconds and he also took on a class full of metas which means he fought 20 people that have special powers and won he also beat talia and Batman at the same time in death in the family and so what deathstroke was weakened In the fight he should still not lose in under 10 seconds keep crying Also other than Batman red hood is the only person and character who can take on scarecrows fear gas without being affected or scared at all also Jason beat a whole town of undead zombies and Grundy at the same time also in a alternate universe Jason meets Bruce again and Bruce ask him to he robin again as he is the best robin and even When Batman finds out who the red hood is Batman gets nervous also red hood even beat a alien that gave supergirl problems he also dodged deathstroke’s bullet who is a very good shot and out ran someone in a bike he also broke into tim drakes base and the black hawk base Jason also is smart he knows how to make bombs that Batman cannot disarm he also was able to break into titans base and beat all the titans also he dug himself out using a belt buckle he also beats a dinosaur in a fight with just a sword also in event leviathan he took on Batman Damian Wayne green arrow manhunter and Steve Trevor all at once and beat them in one sitting also in the Arkham series when he was a teenager Batman was getting destroyed by joker joker was about to kill Batman and Batman would of died then and there until Jason came in and saved Batman and beat joker in a fight that’s so crazy a teen Jason who has no experience fighting or taking down enemies or bad guys at all was able to save Batman from the joker and beat the joker in a fight also in Arkham Jason was very good in acrobatics In the Arkham verse he was considered to be the second best acrobatic behind nightwing and Jason never had experience with it to making it more sad he is also known to be a fast and quick learner being the smartest in his class and scoring top of his class he was considered the second smartest robin in the Arkham verse being even close to Tim’s IQ level oh and I forgot to mention the time where Jason fought Batman fair and square in injustice 2 and Jason destroyed him that’s so sad

I think they should rely a bit more on Jason’s gadgets to even the playing field when he fights nightwing because right now he can hold him off but gets slammed by him after a few minutes.
