I am trying this out with my daughter for the first time it only has white dots that won’t go away I’ve tried adjusting every single way. I’m so disappointed. ☹️ yours looks so cool!

My microscope only shows white dots on all the slides
if the window is still open maybe consider trying to get it exchanged or contact the company.
This was happening to me. Just adjust the height and move the slide to the middle. I spent some time to focus the slide. Start low power lens.
How did you get the light on??? I put fresh batteries and i cant find a switch or anything??!?! Pls help me
Looks better than the tiny one! You could see bugs pretty good in this one I think
lol I bet you could, I think you might have watched it in low resolution, I listed it on accident while still processing lol.

if there is an issue with it then you should contact their support and see if you can get a replacement.
