I think this video is quite well done! The one thing I'd recommend is for a video like this one instead of playing what I think is trailer footage(?) It would be best to record some standard gameplay so that it shows the game off more how it actually plays. Also this way you don't have to play the same footage multiple times over if it isn't quite long enough because you can always record more footage. Another thing I'd say is because the title and thumbnail and intro already tell the viewer that all these games are based on world war 2, its kinda redundant to say it when mentioning the next game. If its like a specific front or timeframe that would be fine to mention but if its just the whole war or the whole world map its probably not necessary to mention what time its in. Overall I think this has great potential, keep up the good work!
Thank you for suggestion! Agree - gameplay footage is better. Unfortunately my drives are often quite full and keeping footage from numerous games and then cut into video is quite space challenging. But I 100% agree - I like gameplay footage better as well. Will keep that in mind for future videos, however you should allow some time for that because I have numerous episodes already made and already schedule. So, after a while :) Thank you for valuable suggestion! 👍
good list, I would definitely add Gates of Hell, its like Men of War 2, but more modern, advanced, recent..etc

Close combat was the best
I always liked SSI's Five Star Series with Pacific General being my favorite of its World War II games. I also have always had a soft spot for Resistance movements so I like Partisans a lot, and Warsaw which is a similar game though older if memory serves. I suppose technically Through the Darkest of Times isn't a World War War II game since its focused on leading a underground group in Germany during the mid 1930s but its still interesting, and IMO the resistance movements within the Axis home territories are a topic that doesn't get much attention.
I haven't played any of the World War Strategic Command games yet but I had a lot of fun with the American Civil War game.
Any suggestions regarding American Civil War games? I have opposite exp. - I have played loads of ww2 games, but non American Civil War game.

The Panzer General series of games are my favorites. I have never heard of any of the ones you listed but I did same them so I can play them later on.

Yes, Company of Heroes is legendary game. Btw this game has great.... just awesome board game editions es well. Yes, game is really great and wort to play.
Not mentioning Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin is criminal.
This is a nailbitingly exciting game.
Too bad Battlefront dropped the ball in their later releases.
Old game but I really enjoyed PTO IV growing up and still do. Naval strategy game in WW2 with a lot of depth. If you like a bit of complexity like hearts of iron then you'd like this game too.
Hearts of iron - it's one of my personal favorites. I have playing it since first edition... it's takes a bit of time, but is is super charming, complex enough not to be boring and replayability is tremendously high, cause AI reacts differently depending on your unit actions, size and your political decisions influence game "story". On top of that game mods - diversify it even more. Agree - it's colossal game!
However I haven't played P.T.O. Thank you for suggesting it - looks interesting!
I feel old. I started playing PTO I and Operation Europe. Even before then I had played a lot of their games set in earlier eras. PTO IV didn't come out until my senior year of high school and I didn't get it until a few months later.

Don't. It is cook game. Complexity is an issue always when you start new game, but after a while you are more or less at the level when you start to enjoy that complexity and sometime at the end you are wondering about how this game could be even better if there would be even more features etc. War in the East is great game!
