Wow! My favourite was the butterflies until you belonged up the flower then it triggered my inner magpie - ooh shiny! I'm fighting the urge to come round and steal it! Lol. Great idea Sasha. Love it. Wish I had some BIG solid stamps or dies, stencil, anything that would work for that. I do have an idea of using a huge, full page size, almost, balloon. Then I could do a whole bunch of happy birthday sentiments in different sizes stamped all in it. In my head it sounds cute. Will have to give it a try. Thanks so much!!

@Sasha Reade • What creative ideas you have. You're so right to call the small stamps annoying. I'm glad you pointed out to use the smaller stamps in lighter shades as the background and to use the darker colors for the bigger stamps.
Emphasizing stamping around the edge is a great idea and really made both images pop. As much as I liked the butterfly, I absolutely loved the flower because the bling just amped it up from pretty to outstanding.

Hi. Goodness me, these are beautiful and could cover so many occasions. Oddly enough I have saved absolutely loads of the outermost parts of where I die cut something out 'just in case ' and I think you've just found it for me! Thank you so much for this wonderful idea. Thank you for this video Sasha. Great tips for these type of stamps etc. I have quite a few of these magazine stamp samples and not able to work out how to use them for good cards. So many ideas for any occasion. I am a bit biased toward the purple/lavenders. But love all the cards and techniques (including the stick with the blue tack - very good tip). Love your work Sasha. xx
So pretty I can not pick a favorite 💜💓💗💙
Is there a reason you used thin cardstock for your template rather than something like copy paper? Just curious if you had tried paper & it didn't work as well. Another option (at least here in the U.S.) would be freezer paper. Die cut with the die facing down on the paper side (plastic side of the freezer paper against the bottom cutting plate) & then just iron the freezer paper (plastic side down) to your cardstock. The plastic (I assume) melts just enough to stick to the cardstock, but not so much that it won't come up or leaves a residue. It works great for masking when doing watercolor as well, since the paint/water doesn't bleed through the freezer paper. If it gives you issues when removing it from the cardstock, just use a heat tool to warm it up, & it will come right off. Anyway, just thought I'd toss that out there in case you or anyone else is interested. I do love how your cards came out, Sasha. Even without doing ink blending around the edges of the die cut opening, you can really tell what each shape is. Great job! Thank you for sharing. Take care, & have an awesome day! :)
