Don’t let Sam O’Nella catch you using Swiss Miss.

This is pretty close to how I make my hot chocolate. I've nailed down the proportions to: 3 heaped teaspoons Milo (or hot choc powder of your choice), one part milk, and two parts boiling water (100 C°). This is a good ratio for normal mugs. I also don't bother heating the milk; I just mix the Milo and milk together while the water's boiling in the kettle. The frozen whipped cream sounds good though. I'm gonna have to try that next time

I should make one, problem is that it's noon and it's boiling hot.

So the amount of water did make it quite mediocre.
