At first, I tried installing Ventura (on AMD Threadripper 2920X), and kept getting boot loops.
Then, I tried installing Monterrey, and it went thru to the end of the installation, but the performance was suuuuuper slow.
But in my configuration, I set my logical processors to 4.
So I re-did the Monterrey installation (just to be safe), and made sure to configure the amount of logical processors to 2.
Following the VMWare tools restart, it is running much faster while windowed (internal resolution of 1024x768, in System Preferences>Display, you should see "Default for Display").
I also used the "AMD Only" config file edit to run.
Hope this helps folks on AMD.

Hello, I follow your video steps and I successfully finished the macOS installing, but when I try to login into the iMessage Service, it seems that the program let me in because I saw the text list, but after few seconds, the window closeup automatically, and kick me back to the login page.
It looks like the iServices is not working, pls help, thanks alot.
My ventura works all the way up until I get to activating iServices. Then it stops working and won't boot up. It constantly bootloops saying something along the lines of, "MacOS has encountered an error and will restart". When I remove the SM-BIOS, it works again. Do you know what the problem could be? Catalina, Big Sur, and Monterey all work fine with iServices activated.
Every time I edit the efi bit it shows in vmware they “the VMX file is corrected” but when I remove the things under efi it then boots up as normal

Hello there! Thanks for publishing it. I tried installing sonoma which is incredibly slow after 128mb graphics also and given disk 110gb ssd still slow. By any chance can i get the mojave or catalina download file? I mainly tried installing hackintosh but i failed with 2 errors 7mb graphics and display gets no signal so i decided to give it thrgouh vmware but still it’s slow 😢👎😭

Hello sir, I have done macOS Ventura installation on Vmware workstation 17. My system configuration intel i5 6th generation, 16 gb ram, 2 gb graphics card in ati redone. the graphics display is only showing 128 mb macOS Ventura on Vmware . the graphics display can be increased. It would be grate to make a video on this topics. I have searched a lot in the internet but there is no video on this topic, if you can make one it would be grate. I am waiting, plz reply.

My SM bios must include AMD setup file otherwise it will reboot endless loops on Apple Logo during starting.
Anyone have this issue by using Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G3930 will not work with Ventura or Sonoma?After finishing complete installation and it will start Apple Logo endless loop on starting. There are no issues with Macos 10,11,or 12
