My children are grown now but I can remember being a full time Mother, working full time and being a full time student. Absolutely exhausting. What helped me was being able to take a 2hr nap. Usually after I made dinner. I would wake up around 11pm. It was like it recharged me mentally and physically. Quite sure this doesn't work for everyone but maybe find at least a 1hr or 2 in your day for rest/downtime. Especially, now that your pregnant again. Hope its possible for you.

I had to stop at 6 my body couldn’t take it no more and I had to make sure I was good to take care of my living children. I hope and pray thru all of this you are taking care of yourself and getting the rest you need ❤

Thank you for sharing the awesome news! I get tired and overwhelmed trying to complete daily tasks as well. However, I don't have any living children. You have 7 children and 1 more on the way. How do you do it? I'm a type A that battles physical disability, depression and anxiety that began when I was pregnant 2 years ago. I lost the baby and a year later, I lost my dad whom I was his caregiver for 12 years. I've learned to give myself some grace with tasks and to take breaks when needed. Self-care is necessary especially when you're expecting. Please take care of yourself. The tasks will be there tomorrow. Stay strong and together Henry fam! Love you all❤

I have never seen a spice drawer. It is the most ingenious ideas I have ever seen. It's hard to dig through cabinets to find spices. I will use this idea in the future. And water over the stove. I have never seen that. Love it! Thank you!

Dallascott all you do is take a drawer from your cabinet and put all your spices in,so you just pull it out to get your spices.

I definitely write everything down and go off a checklist. I'm old school too. I write everything down. If I don't have my appointment book with everything written down, I'm lost. I have 2 businesses myself. I am a hairstylist and a chef with a catering service. Love the way you handle your business along with taking care of your family ❤

I saw a gender reveal done by a couple in their bedroom…so cute!!! They had decorations everywhere on the bed,balloons, baby reveal poster on the wall! As a health care provider, we women get accustomed to doing so much for our families. It's important for our pregnant women to get proper rest during pregnancy. There is nothing wrong with getting extra help when expecting especially if a woman already has multiple children. It takes the stress off moms. I encourage pregnant women to take it easy since we already know about the disparities in care. Nothing wrong with being pampered while pregnant. We deserve it.
