Our cat Jim Keats brought a fox with him outside the door yesterday. We have named the fox Rote. He visits occasionally but it was new to me that he was a buddy of our Jimbo.

I've never known anyone with so many ailments! You need a long vacation somewhere warm, preferably one where you lounge on the beach or beside a pool. That will recharge your batteries, and it will do you a world of good.
I quite regularly get swollen lymph nodes in my neck… usually on the left but this last time there was a hard marble shape under my chin. When I move my head it feels like something is getting squished in my neck. Hope that makes sense? Always know when it’s coming on as I feel absolutely wiped out, beyond exhausted and just really rubbish. I send so much love and wishing you a speedy recovery. I get better if I TOTALLY rest and any little thing just exhausts me all over again. Please look after yourself xxx
Getting anywhere with your doctors is a nightmare, everything here has to be done online with a form you have to submit!!! Ellie knew that you needed some solace.
Do you like avocados ? I have been hooked since 2002! I have them with everything, especially salads. They are so healthy and really fill you up for a long time ! Perfect for toast , salads , you name it!
What a lovely message from Ellie. Random songs that pop in your head, songs on the radio or tv could all be signs. I get them and it gives me such a lift. Glad you’re feeling a little better today ❤ x

I found a lump in my neck, turned out it was a swollen lymph node, and so had to go to the hospital for an ultrasound encase it was lymphoma, but turned out to be absolutely nothing. I was checking all over my neck, and kept finding more swollen lymph nodes so it freaked me out a little, but it's very common if you've suffered a recent illness or viral infection, and can be unaware that your body is fighting one.

With your throat, avoid dairy aka ice cream!! It can inflame it more. I was under ENT for about 15 years and had tonsils out at 22. Best advice is hot water with honey and lemon, frozen ice cubes suck on and avoid acidity/fats/dairy xx😊

Georgina thats absolutely brilliant that there was a message from Ellie. Have you thought about going for a mediumship reading? Not say doing it yourself. I lost my best friend in 2015 and I was so grief stricken, we had had daily contact for 26 years, I had a mediumship reading finally a year later and it was the best thing I could have had, it really moved me on and I saw how much she was with me and had orchestrated things happening for me, like moving house. She described the house too which she hadnt seen. The medium said something I never have forgotten, she said she has moved on to her next assignment. 💖
Sounds like you have the bug thing that's going around. Half my office have it... It's like a flu thing that just makes you exhausted. I've got it at the moment .. been knocked out for about 5 days

People are weird. What's the obsession with you eating lentils? 🤦♂️ Also, I agree with you on taking time to recover from feeling ill. Otherwise, it takes a lot longer to get better.
The comment wasn't about lentils, it was about general fruit, veg and pulses. I don't know why she decided to only focus on lentils and not address the lack of fruit and veg
Some people seem to be obsessed with Georgina having vegetables.. I call it vegetablegate lol she thinks that pretty funny. Last year some people were really on one about it!!
