The one way it get that attached to a human is because it is hand raised from day one. Just like with birds a hedgehog that is use to being handled by humans from day one will become very friendly, a hedgehog or bird that you buy from the pet store for example did not have that and will be much harder to get to handle. You should always buy pets like this from breeders that are use to humans touching them and holding them and that are raised in a very loving environment not like a pet store where they are treated like crap, small cages and many cramped in to those cages and pretty much never handled by a human.
ScoopDeWOOP better off going to a breeder. don't go to a pet store because most employees don't know how to properly take care of a hedgehog. Breeders know more because that's what they take care of everyday. Do some research before hand though. Also make sure the hedgehog would be living in a warm environment. Can't be under 70 degrees or they go into early hibernation and that's bad. You would need to take them to an animal hospital to wake them up. And give them lots of love and don't be afraid to hold them with your bare hands, that's how you create a bond with them.

The only thing is, after 2 months the males have to be separated from the mother and the females from the mother at 3 months but both genders should be a part from each other until a certain age if you want them to mate. You may have to research it more if you really want to have two together. My hedgehog is about 5 - 6 months old and seems fine on his own. He really only sleeps most of the day, eats, drinks, runs around on his wheel or outside his cage with my supervision for maybe 1 hours and then goes back to sleep. It's actually really adorable. Also the more you spend time with them the more attached they'll become to you but it takes a while, maybe a month or two. Just be gentle when handling them. Let them sniff around. They're very curious when they get used to their environments.

Noobilly D you find them often in Europe, but you actually aren't really allowed to have them as pets. You can cure them if they've been in a car accident etc, but if you don't have some kind of a farm your not allowed to have them longer as they're curing themselves from an accident.
G - Man It's called importing, something that countries have done for centuries. They're only illegal in a few states. I live in New Mexico and I own an African pygmy hedgehog just like the one in the video, and they're 100% legal to sell at pet stores and to own them of course here in NM.
this is definitely a very well tamed hedgehog... because they don't use to behave like that...specially when you touch their front spines. Most of all of them they don't like it and get grumpy
Well my doge attacks every single living being around him and it of course led to a fight with a hedgehog,the doge tried to munch the hedgehog but turned out that my doge's mouth were bloody as fuck and had a lil spike stuck in it,the hedgedoge survived and walked away like "that's what happens when you fuck with a hedgehog bitch"....you're lucky that your doge is a friendly one :l
