Great review on this, so is this nice little plugin just a workflow "time saver" in your opinion from using it (i.e. what would take many plugins to reproduce these amazing effects in one plugin) or are there also other things that you've found that are unique to it also?... I do LOVE United Plugins products, just asking your experience from using it... Keep up the great reviews :-)
Hey Adam, thanks! I don’t approach expanse 3D as a time saving plugin. You can get good results quickly though. For me it’s great to add ambiance or a 3D space around audio, which can be pretty subtle unless you turn it off. And also it’s very sweet to make drums bigger with that added low end and hi end. Great fun for sure. I agree, united plugins release good stuff and will do so for the near future!
It took the bass out of the center and smeared it to the sides causing it to lose focus to my ears. I wouldn't use it on that except for maybe a stereo synth/bass.
@@whitenoisestudio Actually, my comment was based on the bass example in the video at 5:35 though it was really fast maybe too quick to fully grasp the difference but I will demo.

Fun fact is that in the ab in the beginning it had the same setting on bass ;-) It blends.
