My son is in Tokyo on holiday. Just phoned and said it wasnt that bad. Wind and rain much like a storm in the UK. Apart from the rain being warm and it smells like the sea. Hasnt stopped him going out so far.

At Kabukicho, Tokyo right now. Weather is fine, nothing special really, just rain and some wind. I think it's gonna pass by Tokyo after all
