Personally I'm waiting for Between Two Mad King Ludwig's Sushi Go Parties.
The AP has got to be out of control with this game, as you are looking at every tile in your hand, comparing it with everything already placed in both of your castles to decide on which tiles to choose, and then how to place them, (and likely looking at other people's castles downstream from you in those decisions, as you will be passing your tiles to them).
First runthrough from the new place (after the top 10 fantasy games, of course), congrats, rahdo! Looks quite cozy for a board gamer :) And the game is a "MAD" mish-mash, but looks to work pretty well.
This mashup is crazy enough to work.

I love the cooperation part of both between two cities and this one. My problem with is that it takes ages before the final score for each castle is determined. There is no exciting way to see which castle is in the lead. You just wait for the result...

I think he is at least half Vulcan. For instance, I bet he doesn't need to watch you with the Vulcan subtitles. :)

wow seem more complexity compare to between two cities... because much more type of tiles.. can so many different path to score..
I can't find an answer anywhere for this... Does this have an automa version for solo play? Sometimes getting friends together and wanting to play a certain game is tough, so solo versions are really nice.
unfortunately they didn't do a solo version for this one :(
@@rahdo Bummer. I still put it on my Amazon wish list. I do like it is more complex. Though the paper sheet scoring system is not my favorite. I prefer systems like B2Cities where the scoring is done on the scoreboard and I wish they built a score system like that so I don't have to print more sheets when I run low.

Is this a between two cities killer, or is there room for both?
hmm, good question. the b2cities expansion had some really neat stuff in it that makes it stand on its own. but even with that, i can't imagine playing it over castles...
oh, cities includes a very nice solo version as well, and a more robust 2p variant, so there's that
I mostly play games two player with my wife just like you. Do you think that the 2p experience with B2C is better, rule wise, then?
