Was figuring this game was going to be "too heavy" but from this video, it's more that there's just a lot of options and paths toward victory. I like that.
I had no idea this game existed haha. But I've been hearing the same sentiment about Carpe Diem in that both games feels like Stefan Feld has gone back to his roots, though Carpe Diem might be the lighter game. I hope you get to do a run through for that one, but thanks for doing this one! I will be on the lookout for this one. :)

Aren't they on the corners of the boards, so opposite from each other? I don't see the error you mentioned, can you elaborate?
@@PauloRenato23 Opposite side for me is diagonally, and in the rulebook if you look at the picture for the player board setup they are on opposite side diagonally! That's what I mean :)

I'm trading Trajan for this game hope that was a wise choice! I liked everything about Trajan except the Mancala player board... Something about it just felt out of place and added too much thinking in that area of the game. Maybe I just don't like Mancala mechanisms in games... Also trading away Gold West because of that.

??? it's typically a 3 segment video, last one with the final thoughts. He does have that still.
runthroughs still have the final thoughts. rundowns (which are basically mini-runthroughs at under 15 min) don't, and just have a quick summary at the end :)
