I suppose I have to guess who's the 意拳 fighter, and I'm going to guess the one wearing the black shorts, primarily because he's less steady on his feet than the other boxer. It looks like they were fighting under Muay Thai or kickboxing rules, and once black shorts gets going, he's less steady on his feet than red shorts, who moves like and has the root of a conventional MT boxer.

Hi Jimmy, if you pause the video as soon as it starts, it gives you the info at the top of the screen. You are correct, the yiquan fighter is in black shorts, and it's a popular SanDa rules tournament in China.
The yiquan fighter has the weight disadvantage it seems in this fight, so perhaps looks more unsteady for that reason - when he is staying dynamic and kind of bouncing off the other guy at times. But his grounded striking comes into good effect when his powerful hands cause damage to his opponent, leading to his seeking medical attention.

for yiguan, they're using a heck of a lot of normal 'modern' Boxing.
Not the movements and theory of Wang Xiangzhai

Yiquan has no movements. It's empty of form.

Red shorts is more "yiquan" than real yiguan fighter. So embarassing
