I render my videos with a program called: Sony Vegas Pro. I always work with high bitrates, very good materials, so 4K 60 FPS is my standard option if it's possible. By the way: for the best viewing experience, I recommend you to put up my video's quality to 4K60. If only you have a FullHD monitor don't worry, 4K is even better in old monitors, because RUclips remarkably downgrades all the uploaded video quality, so it doesn't matter if the source material was 4K for example or not.
