    Great video thanks I'll be doing this on mine. But is the regular 12v socket in the passenger footwell not also active? That's where I keep my CTEK maintainer plugged in.

      Well, I really intended it as a generic how-to, not specific to Porsche. Otherwise I always try to include specifics like that.

    Interesting idea using the charger. I once had a battery go bad while still under warranty. It was a 2 year old Honda CRV and much to my surprise, the technician changed the battery while the car was running. I assume to avoid anything from getting lost during swap.
