True story: Back in2003 I used to tape Conan on VCR. I still have the tapes! But I don`t have a VCR. No point to this, Just feeling nostalgic, thats all.
I have alot of great content from the 90`s and 2000`s. Old SNL shows, Old letterman, "Breaking news" for all kinds of things . I need to find someone to convert those tapes to files I can upload on RUclips!
It's very easy. I did it before for home videos I had. You just need a VCR and a dongle connecting the VCR to a computer. The dongle is a small thing that connect those old audio/video cables and switches them to USB. And maybe a software that saves/records what your computer is playing through the VCR. Here is an Amazon link to different dongles and different prices. I bought the cheapest one before: www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=vcr+to+pc
I used to tape Conan every night in 97 -99 when I was in highschool and watch when I came home from school everyday... I sent Conan a letter inviting him to my freshman homecoming... I can't imagine why I never got a response lol...
7:50 - single moments like this are funnier than the combined output of other chat show hosts' entire comedic outputs. Conan in full flow is a beautiful, beautiful thing.
Aw man, these were his best years imho. I grew up with the late 90s to mid 2000s Conan with the old sets and Writers' strike and all that. I really miss the old Late Nite show.
I’ve been trying to find this remote again for so long! I’m so glad I accidentally stumbled up it again. The drunk comment, and the wedding ring comment he made are just too good 😂
Because he is a gentleman. What would all said if they were mostly men. "Oh Conan, that sick bastard left all the women outside in the cold" (said with a tiny shrilly voice)
Pretty sure Dennis was inspired, directly or indirectly, by Robert Plant. His "I am a golden god!" quote made it into the film _Almost Famous,_ which was based on the writer/director's time on the road as a music journalist with such bands at Led Zeppelin. Robert Plant's words are relatively well-known, but the writers at IASIP may have heard them through _Almost Famous_ without knowing they came from Plant. I am almost 100% certain that Conan was referencing Plant here and not spontaneously using this phrase.
Funny how back then they actually played the music as opposed to now in the newer remotes they "don't have the money for the rights" and play some other beat..lol
When I worked for Brinks I saw M.C. Hammer at a gas station in Tracy, CA. No he was not wearing the Hammer pants and no he was not doing the Hammer Walk.
MC Hammer's actually Scottish. William McHammer he's called, but he started using only his surname early in his career and it evolved from there. The McHammers date back to the twelfth century, one of the first highland tribes to settle in Scotland, along with the Mcsalots whose direct ancestor, Sir McSalot, was knighted in 2015. Wikipedia if you want to know more
"You can't touch this" was originally an ancient somber bagpipe tune about some of the un-climbable and therefore untouchable crags in the Scottish highlands, fact
Lmao I’m in bed w my partner and I am holding back laughing so hard. “You seem like u didn’t want to admit you were single, as if a 6’4 pervert is standing over you” yo Conan is so damn funny

Convert and upload them! That's what I'm trying to do with my 80's TV VHSs. But I only have 0.2 MB of upload speed... When I get fiber, I'll do it.
I used to do the same thing.

The man can make an hilarious show on an RV, you can't get any better then this guy. Iaughed so hard, my sisters thought i was going insane.
I laugh like this in the streets with the podcasts
Your sister must've asked you what are you doing stepbro?
I've been binging these late night remotes - they've made my day. Although Conan has aged well, these clips are impov-comedy gold.
the parking garage will cost more then the even smaller apartments
I've been doing the exact same thing he makes me laugh I love me some coco
Are you still alive? Or did covid kill you
conan’s the best
Another reason why Conan is the best
Traditional non-hybridised or GM'd seeds. So you get a tastier crop and can save the seeds for next year.
Conan is one of the greats. His remote segments are comedy gold. Cant compete with this guy
At the end of these clips, I always feel a bit better.
7:50 - single moments like this are funnier than the combined output of other chat show hosts' entire comedic outputs. Conan in full flow is a beautiful, beautiful thing.
The Sprawl exactly! That’s why I love Conan!
When he kicks the older man out!
I can't fully figure why but somehow he deserved it.
If the show were in this format all the time I'd never miss it
ROFL Shows his wedding ring "It goes off as quick as it went on"
I love how Joel says Conan OBrien...grew up listening to that intro 💗
holy cow, never seen this before, so good
Aw man, these were his best years imho. I grew up with the late 90s to mid 2000s Conan with the old sets and Writers' strike and all that. I really miss the old Late Nite show.
They need a reunion with Max and Joel!! Miss those guys so much
that RV is bigger than most NYC apartments, but there's no place to park it
you just have to hire someone to drive it around 24/7
Inside an apartment!
I love it when he meows.
I’ve been trying to find this remote again for so long! I’m so glad I accidentally stumbled up it again. The drunk comment, and the wedding ring comment he made are just too good 😂
That fake commercial Conan said was hilarious 😂😂
This bit is better than any Fallons' show now.
Watching paint dry is better than Fallon
We need this type of Conan come back!! 😫
I didn't expect this clip to end with everyone dancing with MC Hammer
This was a magical time in late night. I love Conan . He is number ONE. Nothing these days can beat the stuff like this though.
What a natural talent at making people happy.
Am I the only one that noticed Conan mostly filled the RV with the ladies lol
I thought he was gonna say "I CAN"T FIT EVERY IN HERE. WOMEN FIRST, THEN CHILDREN".
He's a gentleman at heart. Also a 6'4 pervert. Lol
Because he is a gentleman. What would all said if they were mostly men. "Oh Conan, that sick bastard left all the women outside in the cold" (said with a tiny shrilly voice)
I think he just took who was nearest the van.
So Conan arranged an opportunity to dance with MC Hammer to a Monkey's song in a camper.... yup.
EXACTLY why the Simpson's were so frigging funny 😂
Sycophant traps people inside rv, forces them to listen to howls and cackles
I would've ruined the bit by laughing too hard at everything if I was in the RV. My God, this guy can make me laugh.
Weird coincidence I chose to watch this today and just 10 minutes ago found out that Peter Tork passed away, and then Daydream Believer came on.
Best ambassador for just relax and laugh.
ever.
This show was such a joyous, hilarious party every night. Those were the good ol' days, I tell ya.
Its crazy to think this was what was on tv the day I was born
"The audience needs to think I'm a golden god."
I wonder if that's what inspired Dennis from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

4:02 Joel Goddard, and the shirtless Japanese young man with the bowtie, lmao
Conan and Hammer dancing to "Daydream Believer" is too good for words😂😂
Can't believe Amy and Rob got married after this!!!
Conan O'Brien has done it again excellent funny episode
as American hosts go, he is one of the better ones.
ha ha ha "i get these headaches"
conan needs to remaster and re~release this _ its so funny
2:54 The Original Golden God
conan was untethered and his rage knew no bounds
I love conan, they were so lucky its even more fun than going to the show 😂
This is gold.
He is a GOLDEN GOD!!
Such a golden remote, the ending with the "Daydream Believer" by The Monkeys is just awesome😘
Love how Conan was bullying that one guy
What an obscure gem! 💎
Funny how back then they actually played the music as opposed to now in the newer remotes they "don't have the money for the rights" and play some other beat..lol
Is it costlier now ?
This doctor's prescription for spicy New Orleans piano is gumbo-tastic.
Wow it’s been so long I forgot about Joel haha
Joel Goddard, and the shirtless Japanese young man with the bowtie, lmao
Joel is the best. Such a good sport
Joel and his open mouthed grin lol love it!
2:54 the audience needs to think I’m a golden god 🤯 D E N N I S

I was born the day before this episode lol
God Bless CONAN 🙏🤘🙏🤘
Conan was Dennis Reynolds before Dennis Reynolds
When I worked for Brinks I saw M.C. Hammer at a gas station in Tracy, CA.
No he was not wearing the Hammer pants and no he was not doing the Hammer Walk.
bwahahah i love how he did the show inside the car ahahahha
3:49 don't care if this clip is 20 years old, if the lady in the white hat is still single, I would gladly take her on a date 😊
I liked that one.
I'm gonna tell my kids Conan Invented the Party Bus.

nah hes just a brother from the hood
How cold was it exactly... Because I live in Winnipeg and could use a laugh
Golbez gatekeeping
It said 11 degrees F
Man, after ALL the jokes he made about MC Hammer! Maybe this is why Conan always seems to feel a little bad about those.
Max and Joel are the best
7:48 isn't that squidward dance? 😂
I actually remember watching this episode when it first aired. That’s right kids, humans existed in 2003!
I mean for real - who compares to Conan in Late Night?
❤️❤️❤️❤️
what about the people he left behind
Joel and Max were so much better than Andy, I'm sorry
Andy at late night was great he felt like conan's equal and sidekick, right now he's just at the corner throwing a line sometimes
5:41
7:02
lol thats not even cold.
g
How long before they start cooking meth?
Lmao I’m in bed w my partner and I am holding back laughing so hard. “You seem like u didn’t want to admit you were single, as if a 6’4 pervert is standing over you” yo Conan is so damn funny
I just googled the temperature in new york in 2003 and it turns out it was about 4 degrees celcuis. It's laughable /Sweden
Not the best remote
Conan is.at his best when hes just fucking around
