From what I read about the Panchen Lama, He courageously, calmly, and compassionately worked as peace maker between the Invader and the Tibetans until the invader made it impossible for Him to remain. His leaving a monk’s life was His last effort to appease the ruling government. He was living among the wolves, and He sacrificed a lot for the well-beings of the people who looked up to Him. I learned a lot just from watching Him around His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama and read about His works when He took the responsibility of a Leader of Tibet.
