I've been skipping PPU a lot but since it's my birthday month I decided to treat myself. I got the Cupcake Polish, Krisable Designs, and Swamp Gloss.
Ooooo I was eyeing that swamp gloss myself! They seem to have a lot of fun crellies. Always treat yourself for your birthday 😬

Great job this month! I totally guessed Sol Amazing. :P Your Krisible Designs dupe looks so awesome-- and I have all those polishes! I saw a dupe for the Cuticula that @polish_bythedozen did using a periwinkle creme base by WFL, topped with Sol Amazing and Ice & Easy (both KBS) and an Alchemy black flake-- it looked really good! So I'm skipping that one. But that BKL has also really caught my eye and I am struggling to talk myself out of it. I just don't have anything similar that really captures that Doomicorn shimmer. I haven't decided. Another awesome dupes video-- thanks so much for sharing! :)

Ooops hit send. I think I will try again this weekend before I decide on the cuticula. I can’t imagine I don’t have a dusty lavender-ish purple hiding in my drawers somewhere
I really want the Phoenix Poison Ivy, and I am trying to talk myself out of Bluebird, Pahlish, and Swamp Gloss! 😅

Ugh I did order them all! 😣. No will power, but I also don’t have a large collection to pull from for duping. Maybe as I grow my stash I will be able to follow your lead. You have a great eye for deconstructing the polishes.
That’s ok!! It’s fresh and fun in the beginning. Everyone deserves to enjoy their hobby. I’ve been enjoying it long enough to not need more 😂
I’m having a really hard time whittling down my list this month, there’s too many gorgeous blues and purples! I love the BCB Lacquer too and I’m actually getting ready to post my own dupe in IG this morning!😄

You got really close to the krisable designs and I thought that one was going to be really hard! I got that one immediately at 10am! I work with copper patinas, and this one looks identical to some of them. So I NEEDED it...for work. I think I could even make this one a tax deduction. Lol
I was on the fence about bkl because I already have some with that shimmer that I'm sure I can throw over a brown base, but FOMO played a role.
I did good this month - got only 4. Though the day is still young. :/

This month is going to be easier on my poor abused wallet. I’m not a huge fan of the kitchen sink rainbow flakies or the foil-like flakies. The only one I think I have to have is the Swamp Gloss, it looks so unique.
Yes that one is super unique!! I was looking at it. Swamp gloss has a lot of interesting mixes

I thought of the kbshimmer when I saw the clionadh too. I am over half way done with the Kbshimmer and I wanted something to replace it.

Have you ever tried mixing a small amount of Batsy with a polish on a mat before applying to the nail rather than layering it? 🤔😬 Also I might need to know the ratios you would recommend for thinning out Batsy 😊 That Cuticula looks more dusky lavender to me 🤔Did you get it in the end? It is really pretty! Love these videos 😃
Oh I haven’t done that before! Maybe I’ll play with my mat. My initial thinning of batsy was half and half. Now I’m thinking maybe I want only 1/3 batsy and 2/3 base. I may just remix it and disperse it into two smaller bottles instead of waiting to use up more of the batsy. I’m still deciding on the cuticula. I feel like I MUST have a better purple in my drawers. I just need to look harder.
I love the dupes you came up with and it gave me some ideas about my duping options (thinking of the BKL and the Envy Lacquer). Must haves remain Pinneacle, All Mixed Up, GLL and Bluebird (the latter also due to these boxes being the only chance for me to get my hands on these brands)

i have become a Cuticula fan girl 🤪 i pretty much always buy the Cuticula polish from these monthly endie collabs, unless it's purple and to me that polish is lavender. i do not really see blue so I won't be getting it. i don't think the Cuticula's ever have caps on them.
Oh maybe it doesn’t! I hope not. I DO NOT see blue either. Not sure why they call it blue 😂
The Krisable and PfD are my two must haves this month. I tried to dupe but didn’t seem to have the right base or flakie combinations, it’s hard to replicate the pond effect that comes with jellies/flakies.
Yes! I say that often in my videos. The flakies just sit on top rather than blend into the polish. I do have a lot of sheer jellies that I use as often as I can to give more of a glassy jelly look but it only works if it matches the mani

@@NurseJackie2582 I’m hoping just 2 because HHC is better than PPU this month - IMO. I’m supposed to be on a self imposed low buy but I’ve been reorganizing my space & collection and have been doing nothing but buying 🙄🤦🏼♀️
It comes in waves. Sometimes I don’t buy anything for quite awhile and then I buy toooooo much
I like your dupe of the Krisable better than the original. I thought you were going to use the ILNP green shimmer topper over the brown cream to dupe BKL. The Cuticula is really pretty!
Honestly I think I would have liked it even more with the ilnp! If I ever wear this again I’ll use the ilnp 😃
I’ve been thinking about buying the ILNP green shimmer topper but their shimmer toppers have a large particle shimmer and I think the green one has a pink flip? If anyone knows of a pure green shimmer topper, I would love to know! Like a finer particle shimmer that is just green.
