TRIVENTO’S FIRST “WHITE MALBEC” PRESENTS ITS NEW HARVEST

Trivento White Malbec started as a project with a social objective: to collect funds and award educational scholarships through the Scholarship Fund for Students (FonBec). In the last few years, this wine has become one the most successful labels of the winery.
Maximiliano Ortiz, winemaker of the Reserve line of the winery, is responsible for the development of this unique “blanc de noir” and has adjusted an innovative technique of vinification that starts by gently pressing the grapes and, immediately after that, destemming and pressing.
“Ever since the first harvest, we learnt that the key was to have an early harvest. For 2022, we started picking towards the end of January, thirty days earlier than a conventional Malbec”, points out Ortiz.
Trivento White Malbec 2022 stands out for its fascinating bright silver colour and its astonishing freshness. On the nose, you perceive hints of green apple, lychee and a tropical profile that reminds you of pineapple.
This wine is innovative not only for its method of vinification, but also for its positive impact on the community of Argentine education. It collects funds for 50 annual grants , which are articulated by the FonBec Foundation, for students all over Argentina.
