📌Ingredients :
400g of any tea biscuit.
1 and 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts (200g).
1/4 cup of sugar (50g).
~ 1/2 cup of milk (150ml).
~3/4 cup of butter (150g).
~1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (40g).
200g of dark chocolate.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil .

This looks delicious!! One question though: how do you manage to slice it so cleanly without the chocolate topping cracking?? I know the oil is added to make the chocolate softer and therefore easier to slice, and I also know about warming the knife beforehand so it cuts through more easily. Sadly, these don’t ever seem to help. My chocolate topped slices always end up looking like a bus smash, albeit a delicious one😅Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Technically you could but I wouldn’t. In all these kinds of recipes, butter definitely tastes better. Of course, if you can’t use butter, by all means use margarine
