    Oh my, how that took me back. A long, wet day in the summer of 1973, and I'm not so very sure as to whether those cairns have changed at all. Thoroughly enjoyed that.

    That was an intro and a half mind lol. Must admit I like plenty of info and it looked like a good day out, despite spawning in the bracken - good excuse for a rest! Cheers Alan

      More likely me making it sound that way John. The only real problem on these outlying fells is the lack of paths in a lot of places so co-ordinates and map reading skills are needed
