Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

He’s suppose to be an assassin, or was so anything that shines or makes him stand out wouldn’t be good, so a dull color robotic arm makes sense

7:13 you didn't try hard enough on the 2 pack Bucky head swap. If you press down it snaps into place perfectly. The face is still a touch small but I really like it!
I hear you on the molded weapons in holster, WHY. Would of been nice to have a bonus head and a knife. I know why a knife..... still a good figure

its an m1911 which was first made in world war 2 for allied forces and that is an ar15, the military version of the m16
The metallic would look nice but keep in mind when you’re posing the figure the paint might come off

Minor correction the pistol looks like a colt 1911. Which Bucky Barnes would be quite familiar with since it was in service from 1912 to as late as 1982.

I had order my winter soldier on amazon two days ago because it was a pain in the ass to find him, not even one of my buddies couldn’t find him or even crossbones as I have never saw him one time In stores
I’m also excited to see a comic Falcon from this time period with the full red and white body suit.

The star isn’t accurate though is it? I pretty much always see a red star with no circle?
Take some black ink and water it down a bit it shades in real nice on the deathlock I bet it'd work for that too

I just picked up this Figure at Walgreen's for my son's marvel collection which is at 153 figs now, not bad for a 9.5 year old. My boy only wants marvel/DC figs in their 90's cartoon & comic attires. I know this set is to promote a new movie but I did google 1990s winter soldier pics and I thought it was pretty close. When I gave it to my son he told me that if the back of the box has cartoon/comic style pics of everyone in the set then the figures are based on cartoon/comic versions of the characters. Is this true? I thought it made good sence...

The details on the guns are decent but would be better if they had some color variations in there to really make the details pop out. Looks kind of lazy to me. Some of the best weapons I’ve seen are in the Medicom Metal Gear Series.

Hey dude, question, is it possible to swap arms between the old winter solider and this new one? The old one from the 2 pack with black widow. I love this new WS figure but the arm just doesn't do it for me.
We need a new Bucky figure, I wouldn’t mind a two-pack with him and Cap, even if the Cap was a repaint of the 80 years figure maybe in a lighter blue with an alternate head sculpt???

The sculpted-in sidearm only pisses me off because he comes with a loose one (with no storage!). I'd trade the 1911 for a metal fist, if I could.

That pistol looks less like a Glock and more like a 1911 Colt like what Cap used in the First Avenger flick. My advice: play Metal Gear 4 but try to collect as many of the guns as you can. Assuming you’re wanting to broaden your knowledge with weapons without actually collecting guns.

I dont buy Marvel Legends generally. But Bucky is my favorite Marvel character. May have to get him and old Bucky Cap while Im at it.
Make sure to cut the circulation to your left arm with a rubber band first before introducing the stranger. It's a lot more fun that way😉😂😂😂

The better term is machine gun. Assault rifle is only ones with full auto capability. If it was a semi auto then it would just be called a rifle.
