I literally cannot comprehend how you can do this. My anxiety & depression is so bad right now I can't even leave the house. I want to go back to school so bad but I literally get sick to my stomach just thinking about having to be around people/ interacting with people. I'm praying I get the confidence to get out & do something w my life. I'm 25 & feel stuck. (Sorry this wasn't meant to be such a down comment) I'm really just saying how awesome it is you can do something like this, truly!!! As easy as it may seem to some people, it seems impossible to others. Go Marla!!
I’m literally the same! I’m 25 and in the same spot!! I just cant get myself to do things I need to find a job but I keep failing at it and it’s just so HARD. Being around people and all is just so sickening to think of the whole concept sometimes just really holds me back and I just lay around then most the time. Praying for you and me both. We got this!

your not alone. i really want to go back to school but now i have a fear if i go back people wont wear a mask properly and someone will get sick and we will all get sent back online. im an extrovert and i need social interaction with different people and talking to the same 5 people gets kinda boring. Im a highschool freshman and i just wanna do one thing on campus any class honestly. i totally feel you with mental health being crap rn i decided to take a first step of trying to get out of my hole by cleaning my room!
I’m 12 pretty young and I get a lot of panic attacks and have a lot of anxiety during school when I have to talk to people. Your not alone we’ll get through this together! It’s super hard to have the right mindset and trust me I know but you just gotta keep telling yourself everything is going to be okay and to trust the process. Meditating helps me a lot when I start getting anxious so if you haven’t tried that I recommend :)

Lunch Meals:
- Wraps with turkey, lettuce, cheese and other yummy foods.e
- cauliflower pizza (yummy) with some fruit with yogurt on the side
- egg bites kinda like starbucks but cheap when you make when and add yummy toppings
- cauliflower rice with lemon chicken and sweet potato on the side
- SMOOTHIESSSS :)
- veggie tray and fruit try type of deal. super yummy and healthy
- popcorn with seasonings
- rice crackers with peanut butter and banana
- daves killer bread made into a breakfast sandwich

- burrito ( breakfast like with eggs, cheese, baccon) or normal like with black beans, cheese, guac, lettuce and rice

Friend I just wanna say that God made you on purpose and for a purpose. He put breath in your lungs because He loves you and has wonderful plans for you that He designed long long ago!!! Look up Psalm 139. “For it was You who created my inward parts, you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Verses 13-13). Just wanna say that God loves you so much and Jesus wants to light up your life with Himself. You are so precious to Him and He loves you-just loves you!

I miss physically going to cosmetology class :( I still do it online but having friends there to be on the journey with is the funnest and best way to learn
also marla, you're legit my inspiration to eat healthy so that i look as gorg as you so please never stop doin what you do. sumthn so simple as just your existence inspires me, so , yk ;)
so i bring my own food everyday and i am sick of bread and sandwiches so i have a lot of ideas.
1) rice with peas, you can also add a bell pepper but i just keep it that simple
2) wraps, just heat a tortilla in the oven and add your topping. I like to put onions, corn, beans, pepper and tomatoes. As sauce i use yoghurt and then the beans mixture, sometimes i also add a few salad leaves and just roll it up, it might need some practise. If the rolling is too difficult you can use tin foil or wax paper.
3) rice noodles with tofu, broccoli and soy sauce, i cook the noodles and put everything in my wok but you can also use a pan.
4) fried tofu, feta cheese chickpeas, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and any other vegetable you like and green salad. Its important to put the dressing at the bottom, then add the fried tofu, the chickpeas, the vegetables etc and at the end the salad. That way it doesn’t get soggy when you eat it. When you want to eat it just flip the container upside down or give it a good shake for the dressing to cover all. If thats not enough for you, you can also add noodles
5) Just noodles or gnocchi with tomato sauce (or the gigi hadit sauce) and parmesan cheese
6) summer rolls. I like to fill mine with rice noodles, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, carrots, and avocado. As a dressing I put a little bit of soy sauce inside.
7) polenta. Make a polenta paste, spread it out on a sheet of baking paper and wait for it to get cold. Then but it in the oven and top it with vegetables ( I like to put pepper, tomatoes, fennel and onion and zucchini in a pan) top it with feta cheese.
8) ravioli fried in the pan with tomatoes and onions (takes max 7 Minutes)
9) just leftovers from yesterdays dinner, potatoes, lasagne, anything
10) feta cheese in the oven with zucchini, tomatoes, onion, garlic, a lot of olive oil and spices(herbs). Bake until the vegetables are like golden brown or so. Eat with bread if you want to
11) Curry with rice and self-made tortillas ( water, flour and a little bit of olive oil. The dough has to be really soft but not sticky. Make little balls, flatten them out and fry in a pan with olive oil for about 30 seconds each side. The pan has to be really hot) or you can just eat bread or just leave it out

My tip:
-buy a reusable box or something so you don't have to use plastic bags for lunch
- breadsticks are a must
- use a reusable water bottle
- take an apple with u :D u don't even have to cut it
you can also use plastic bags and then wash them :)) most people dont realize that plastic bags can be reusable!! (obviously you have to throw them out eventually but you can wash them and reuse them many many times)

daaaam i wish there are specific schools for some specific occupation like nail tech, pottery, drama class or sumn here! but all we got is basically this stereotype where these art-related study programs are unnecessary :(
For a lunch idea, I love making quesadillas!! If you’re good with a cold one it’s great and I just wrap it in tin foil. (I just do cheese with mine, but you could make it as you wish)
