What a nice comment...
Thank you so much 😊
Ah the boy David super stuff 👏👏
Thanks Adrian. Can't beat keeping farmers happy 👍
Loving the content David. Not farming but would love to. A good dollop of vaseline inside the handle of the skidsteer will keep moisture out. Lads use it when wading in offroaders to keep water out of engine electrics so it should be good for that. Thanks for the work that goes into the vids. You provide a great variety of content with excellent information and a spot on logical approach to problems.
Thanks for the vaseline tip, definitely worth a try. Really appreciate your comments, thank you!
Cut the top of a drinks bottle that's a similar size the handle and slip it over when it's not in use.. half the weather won't get in it.:)
Thanks for the great idea 👏
Another great video. When you have the talent flaunt it .New Holland will be happy with you😊
Thanks! 😃
I just spent the last week or two watching all your videos. love the variety you have going. look forward to many more videos to watch.
Thank you so much 😊
Great video David if a empty bottle was put upside down on joy stick might solve the problem hope ye make 10,000 subscribers before Christmas 🎄Patrick 135..8111 in Meath
Thank you. Great tip 👌
Love these fabrication videos, the forks make a very handy work bench..👍👍
Thank you 👌
A great way of always having the right working height alright. A bit like Snowball Engineering's channel - he'll have to close down if his forklift ever packs up!
Get a weatherproof wheelchair joystick cover for the joystick. You can slip your hand into it without taking it off, €20 for one.
Thanks for the tip!
Good work I'm like urself sheep in one hand and welder in the other. You have a very handy punching machine àway faster than pillar drill. Keep up the good work.
Love that punch! I recommend a magdrill. Far ahead of the pillar drill..
Enjoyed the video
Great video, enjoyed video
You're an all-rounder
Gudonya 👍
Great video David no problem to you 💪👌
Thanks Gary 👍
Just love your content say hi to Robbie from Ontario Canada
Thank you so much 😊 🇨🇦❤️
I would think you should be able to make a plexiglass door on the front that would keep the the rain, snow and wind off you! It would also keep the inside of that cab dry! 😮 You do a great job with welding!
Thank you 😊
Brilliant video lad. Your a handy buck. 😂
Thanks Alan 👍
@@sheepschool365 👍
I didn't know you keep cattle?
Tell us something about that and how it fits in with your sheep flock.
Keep up the good work.
The cattle belong to my neighbour that owns the skid steer 👍
Put a big heavy duty rubber johnny over the joystick! Good luck with the merch by the way
Great idea. Thanks 👌
Good luck with the merch store ..would you consider making a headstock that is on a stand...maybe have the ewe standing on a base plate of 18inx 36in so the sheep's own weight holds it down
.be handy for in a pen in the corner if a field for dagging etc
Have planned to make one for years. Very useful for getting stock ready for sales and shows too..
I’d be sticking a rubber or latex glove over that handle that’s a crazy price for a switch
Or a Jonny 🤣🤣🤣
Brilliant video David my dads scraper is the same as that but it fell apart last year so bought a second hand Fleming after watching this i wish we had got it fixed them skid steer loader are class👍
Thanks Paul. Super machine, just don't go off road...
Such a talented guy👍
Thank you 👌
Nice work what angle did you cut on the galvanised channel section to get it the same as the old one
Good to hear some feedback on skidsteers. They seem like they have a lot of potential about a small farm. Saw a kabota one online with fold down front window/door & emergency removable back window.
Keep up the good work. 👍
Thanks.. Really good machine although I think it's more dangerous than most due to lack of visibility
My advice is do not get one a neighbour of mine got squashed by one
Great video! 😊👍👍
Thank you! 😃
Pushing one way not a reverse come to end needs
Scaffold pole thew pins so
Flit over pull back muck paddy good skiddo not raining straw blowing in
😂
Put a plastic freezer bag over the joystick, keep muck and water from the switch
Thanks for the tip!
Good job on the scraper!
Could you make some kind of waterproof covering for that control stick i wonder?
Thanks. It definitely needs something!
Great watch as always 👍
Much appreciated
Check somewhere like RS or mouser for 'momentary rocker switches' (they might be known as something else too). Should be a few pounds only, possible there are sealed versions too. (Can't post a commercial link). Beyond that there may be replacement switches for those joysticks. I don't see where the hundreds of pounds are spent, especially if they break! I'd be asking for money back under something like 'soga'!
I meant replacement switches specifically for joysticks that are curved but still only cost a few pounds. It's just a plastic mold. Maybe a 3d printer could be a good investment!
It's an unusual proportional switch that controls the oil flow. Tiny flimsy magnet inside when you strip it down...
Have you a link for the wire joiners David?
Trying to find it, will let you know when I do...👌
Great vid, where did u get them wire joiner clips? Would clarkes have them?
Can't remember, I let you know when I do. Don't think they would have them. They do have the crimp shrink wrap joiners though. As good just slower to use..
What make us that bandsaw
Optimum. Great saw. never gave a minutes trouble!
telephone cable connectors
Very similar but they are slightly bigger and take a wire up to 1.5mm square.
😊😊😊😊😊😊
👍❤
What is the name of the gel connectors ...
Can't find invoice for them. Bought them years ago...
Ahhh David ....would Robbie know ...???
@Coolcronan. They are not esb connectors...😆
Some job David on yard scraper poor design on that switch new holland know how to charge alright just wonder did u ever use or hear anything go or bad about a 2 in 1 mig ark welder my mig is after frying circuit board it nearly 20 year old was going buying inverter arc welder anyway wonder would one of them be any good
Almost had one bought before I bought the Oxford. Thought it would be very handy for some site work with gasless wire. I needed the heavy duty mig for sheds so bought it instead...
@@sheepschool365 might chance one let u know if its any good
@ohararaymond. good man 👍
