The thing about RF's material progression is that its not 100% linear. It's slightly lateral, meaning you can choose to branch out, but you can also choose to stick with one thing. There's also the fact that as of 2.2 pre1, enchantments are entirely removed, so certain materials have "innate" versions of these enchantments, e.g. rose gold having a silk touch and efficiency-like effect, gold having a fortune-like effect and being even faster than rose gold, and electrum which is the fastest set of tools. Steel is kind of its own thing too, sort of an alternative to diamond which is a bit slower but has TONS of durability. As for shaders, I usually just install Oculus, since the pack already has Embeddium Also, the zoom feature is removed by default, however if you craft a spyglass it gives it back to you, along with a waila-like feature when the zoom is active.
Interesting! I really like what I see from it, I think it’s a pack that will grow a lot very quickly and I’m excited to see where it goes. The certain tools having certain effects reminds me a lot of Silent Gems, so I’m intrigued by that 👀 Oculus worked for you? For me it just crashed. I messed with a couple different ways to add shaders and none worked. Also a spyglass is a no-go for me, I just add a zoom mod for when I play. It’s like a qol mod for me atp
Imo it should be available without an item taking up an inventory slot, completely basekit for the player. For me it’s a qol thing that I just can’t play without
oooo I've been playing raspberry flavored and I love it, so happy to see someone talking ab it!! moonsu also looks like just the pack I've been hoping someone would make so ty for the recommendation!
raspberry flavored my beloved i find after playing minecraft for like 10 years now i kinda just prefer modpacks that don't overwhelm me with new content the nice thing about raspberry flavored is that the amount of content isn't too bad since they removed some vanilla content, making it so there's not a whole lot of redundancies and everything feels like it matters
less go I was mentioned 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥 also what I find funny about raspberry is that it’s called a light weight modpack but it has over 200 mods in it but to give it some credit, as you said, it runs really well! and Ain’t no way you said 70-100 fps is just “ok” 😭💀
Hey, have u ever played prominance 2? it has 2 versions i think rpg and classic it adds like 380 mods and super fun ngl, i played like 200 days+ in a week and didnt ever realise i made it over 100 days lol, it has better end, better combat and countless new bosses to kill
If anybody likes Raspberry Flavored, then Chocolate edition should also be of interest. It’s a lot like regular minecraft, but now with a ton of new content and a progression system. It encourages exploration and dungeon crawling, kinda like Terraria.
neat packs, comfy winter seems the most novel but I feel like the other 2 seem to just put a number of mods together? Something like Crucial 2 provides such a refined and customized vanilla++ experience it's hard to match.
what i like abt moonsu and raspberry is how different they feel for me. most of what i've experienced are the lunapixel packs and other big packs, which play much the same. with moonsu it's a lot of mods ive never seen before (since i dont tend to play on the most up to date versions) and the custom texture packs the author made for it. raspberry is just unique in the way that it completely removes things that are actually core parts of my gameplay. it made me play differently, which was part of the goal of researching smaller packs! ive not ever heard of crucial 2 tho, will check it out :D

@@Cosmxnautic the spyglass got reworked, so as long as you have one in your inventory you pretty much got regular zoom

how did you get shaders working
@@Sunshoop add oculus, and make sure when you do that it doesn't also add rubidium, since embeddium is a better version and is already in the pack

It’s one I’ve had rotating in MSMP’s vote for a little while now, but no I haven’t played it yet! I’ll 100% give it a shot someday tho :)

I love your voice. It is sooo beautiful

what is the shaderpack used when you were showing the comfy winter gameplay? the black outlines and stuff
Oooh! Pastel shaders. There’s a setting to enable the black outlines, I don’t remember off the top of my head
Hopefully some of these work well for me! I have a very mediocre laptop (sigh) yet always love mods s😅
You’re why I do these vids. I started on a mid laptop that struggled with these kinds of packs
don’t mess with us RF fans we remove love removing content 😎
heres my favorite modpack the sex modpack
Not this being exactly what my best friend said when I was putting this video together 😭
@@Cosmxnautic wow there's so much people like me
