I'm new to the fidget thang - bought a few cheapies to get a feel but was ready to pop on mechanical slider with pivot style. I've been watching your vids - very helpful - just ordered this now - it'll be my most expensive by 3! Thanks mate - cheers from Australia.
Hi Mr Bruner - what kind of ball bearing will bring out the most “ring” in a mechanical slider such as a Chenyu Guardian or a 01 EDC Feeling Slider? A glass bead, Zirconium Oxide or ? Thanks for your help! - Robert
@roberthawkins8520 Good question, and my honest answer would be that I really don't know. Some mechanicals make a good "ping," and some don't. I think it has a lot to do with the material and density of the slider itself. I'm generally not a big "ping" fan.. If something is too loud for me, I often can make it quieter by using plastic balls. I suppose that your loudest options would likely be black ceramic balls, white ceramic balls, or glass balls. I think steel balls would make less of a "ping" 👍🙂
@@stinacstinac I'm really happy with all of those aspects. It slides easily and smoothly. The clicks are nice and clean. And, I used only the stock parts that it came with 👍🙂
@stinacstinac I did not know that. They did not advertise it or show it in any photos.. If you have the option, I would buy the matt version instead. Then it won't be a fingerprint magnet 👍
@@Tagraff Kind of.. Most of us started out with spinners. Sliders have only been around for about 2 years now, but they have never reached the popularity level of spinners 👍🙂
@stinacstinac It has 9 clicks in either direction, and the rotating part is 18 clicks. I don't find the clicks to be very aggressive. Maybe it just sounds that way on the video. Balls are 3mm.

I bought one last week having not seen any reviews, so I was a little nervous but you definitely have put me at ease. Looks amazing!
Stellar asmr level voice and sound. Solid filming too.
I usually like to hold these kinds if sliders "backwards" and push them up all the way, like the Gao Owl

How do you like it so far? Do you have to apply much force to slide it? Are the clicks satisfied enough with all stock parts? Thank you!

@bruner the seller said that he have Matt version beside polished one, did you know that?

How much clicks does it have? And aren't those clicks little bit on aggressive side? What size are balls?

@@brunerI like sound and clicking of the O1EDC Feel Push Slider, are those two similar? Thank you
