Hii Star! 🌟 I am no-one, but a common middle class student amongst you people only, who has struggled a lot in my life and has achieved seemingly impossible dreams in my young age!
A national level topper (AIR 2) in many entrance exams with many academic and non-academic achievements, I have recently passed out as M.S. General Surgeon from one of the India's reputed medical institute - AIIMS J.
A son of a farmer, coming from a poor family of small village, my father is still running a small chocolate shop in village. My family of 4 persons was running on a minimal earnings of 2500rs./month since past 30 years and I literally used to think multiple times before asking parents for even a single penny and usually used to avoid that until it’s extremely needed. Studying by borrowing books from his seniors, I also suffered depression, negativity, bullying and many ups downs during my journey.
Despite of so much difficulties, he never excused about his problems. No, I am neither inborn talented, nor I have some special senses. I have worked by my own ways and created many out of the box, smart ways that helped me to gain very high amount of success in very less amount of time and energy.
Although I am a doctor, I am also very passionate about guiding my younger brothers and sisters! I believe that if you have something more than others, you should give it to those in need! And for that, what is a more better option than knowledge!
I along with my fiancee Dr. Anjali know and have experienced many untouched secrets of subconscious mind, mental peace and psychology, positivity, spirituality, meditation and other vital aspects of life, based on which we progressed in our life together!

@SBI PO aspirant's life If you just use probability instead of blindly supporting any decision, that would make more sense. Now because of this the no. Of doctors being produced per year will decrease by a good amount, let's say from 100, the no. Will decrease to 50-60. And in that process, eventually the no. Of "GOOD DOCTORS" would also decrease because of less people even making it in the first place. The current NEET PG was not a piece of cake that the MCI had to bring this. It doesn't make any sense. Even before this, qualifying for NEET PG was a big task, but now even more deserving doctors will be cut off. Also because of the pattern.

The exams have become tougher.. but have the prize (neet pg seat/ branch/residency) have gotten any better? No.
Same /worse working conditions, ever increasing violence, ever increasing toxicity, ever increasing divide amongst medicos..and added to it saturation in metros in almost all specialities..
NMC needs to provide a better incentive (a good why) for people to go through this humongous hurdles or else doctors will realise their worth and look for better shores..
If Indian licensing exams are coming to at par with US, then residency too needs to improve in India.

4. Lastly Next 2
5. Then after passing Next 2... PG admission based on marks of Next 1..

@hijdkskmsmskks focus on ncert chem and physics after December till now try to make your basics strong by coaching module meanwhile try to clutter cramming chapters like ciel , environmental, polymer or less conceptual chapters from ncert.

MNC Act-2019 in its Section-15 empowers MNC only for conducting EXIT Test for Registrations and not for awarding Degrees by the University. MNC has no authority to conduct EXIT Test for awarding Degree and hence the NEXT Step-2 is totally unlawful and must be opposed.
2- As per definition, the EXIT Test is a short Test of a qualified Processional to exit from the academics to professional practice which is to be conducted by the concerned Registration Authority for permitting practicing as professional like Engineer/ Architect/ Advocate/ Chartered Accountant/Doctor etc as per the Laws of the concerned Registration Authority. This Registration is mandatory only for practicing as an independent professional and not for service to an employer who needs only qualified professional and as such the EXIT Test cannot form the basis for award of the professional Degree.
3-In case of Doctors Section-15 of the NMC Act-2019 (ACT) has specified a common National EXIT TEST both for Indian Medical Graduates ( IMG) and Foreign Medical Graduates (FMG) for entitling a MBBS graduate for Registration inter alia for Independent practice as Doctor in India ,to be conducted as per Regulations to be framed by NMC under power vested to them under Section-57 of the ACT and not for awarding a Degree of MBSS to IMG which is solely the prerogatives of the concerned University/ Institute imparting the Medical Educations to their MBBS students as per curriculum and standards specified by NMC and evaluating the performance of their students through set of Specified Examinations and this is why the NMC/MCI Regulations-1997 has recognised the Degrees and Diploma awarded by an University / Institution and accordingly:
a- There has to be only one common EXIT Test both for Indian Medical Graduates (IMG) and Foreign Medical Graduates (FMG) for entitlement of Registration inter alia for practice as Independent professional
b- The proposed NEXIT Step-2 is unlawful and is blatantly against the mandate of Section-15 of the ACT and must be deleted from the proposed Regulations
c- The Internship is not an Independent Professional Practice but on behalf of the concerned faculty and solely under supervision of the concerned faculty and hence does not need any Registration and hence must commence immediately after the student passes the last Academic Exams of the University.
d- The Students are entitled for award of MBBS degree immediately after the completion of Internship without waiting for the EXIT Test and its result required solely for Registration and Admission to higher academic pursuit.
4-Section-15 of the Act empowers NMC to conduct a common EXIT Test both for IMG and FMG and as such :
a-The NMC cannot conduct two EXIT Tests so called NEXIT Step-1 and NEXIT Step-2 for IMG and only NEXIT Step-1 for FMG .These are not 2 Steps of the EXIT Test specified in Section-15 of the Act but are in fact two different Tests namely National EXIT Test-1 to be conducted by NMC for IMGs & FMGs and University /Institute EXIT Test-2 only for IMGs.
b- NMC cannot prevent the IMGs from doing Internship for want of NEXIT Step-1 because Internship is not an independent practice and at the same time accept FMGs Internship in their respective Foreign College without NEXIT Test-1
c- If NMC is very particular about Internship after passing N EXIT Test -1 for IMGs then the same must be imposed for FMGs also and the Internship done by FMGs without N EXIT Test -1 should not be recognised.
d-If NMC is particular about University/Institute EXIT Test-2 for awarding the MBBS Degree to IMGs then the MBBS degree of FMGs should be recognised only after they pass the University/Institute EXIT Test-2 from a designated University/Institute or from the University/Institute they have to do Internship as the case may be..
There cannot be discrimination to favour FMGs who acquire MBBS Degree without qualifying NEET and by spending less than one third of the IMGs in Private Medical Institutions charging exorbitant fees otherwise this will promote the Indian Students to acquire MBBS from foreign colleges with this blessings of NMC

I think this sorts out those students who don't have required knowledge to be a competent doctor but would have passed anyway in University exams...So one may find it tough to pass the Next exams but atleast we are sure of getting competent doctors.

No. You should definitely read them as they will be incorporated in clinical subjects. I already told this in the video.
