Hello everyone !
There are many different kinds of udon in Japan.
Chilled udon is good to eat in the summer.
Today I’m making Udon noodles with grated daikon radish:)
This recipe is so easy and good! Please try cooking :)
【Ingredient】
・Frozen udon
・Daikon radish 1-2cm
・Pork loin 60-70g
・Ponzu sauce 2tbsp
・Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)2tbsp
・Water 2tbsp
・Sesame oil 1-2tsp
【Topping】
・Boiled egg
・Green onion
