    I understand why he does not eat a bigger meal.
    For one, hes probably tired of the stuff he makes at work, and even if not eating stuff like that every day will take a health toll.
    For two, it literally cuts into how much money he makes in a day.

    I live in the Paris area and I went to Tokyo and I can tell you they have the best restaurants. Paris restaurants are overrated, expensive, pretentious dogshit, it doesn't even compare.
    The dedication these chefs put into their work is something you can only find in Japan. You will not find that level of quality and service, especially at those prices, anywhere near Paris.

      What are you even talking about... It means half glazed and it's a highly reduced brown stock from veal or beef with tomato sauce.
      Considered the queen of sauces in France, very hard to execute.
