This is really one of the Best Metal Songs Produced of all time.
Misheard lyrics (aka auto generated lyrics)
He was little. You can’t cross that. I bet you didn’t. You cannot take it there I’ll make a bet. The boy said mommy might be a sin. Lucy’s on the NW I fit you. The day. Fingertips bow bow across the strings. Well the devil finish gotta day we’re pretty good old son just sit down in that chair right. Because he knew that he could beat he laid that gold leaf in lava grab a child’s feet dad I said devil just come back if you ever wanna try again I told you.
AhAHA-
RUclips, go home. You're drunk.
Again.
RIP Charlie Daniels.
F
I feel no remorse for him after this heap of shit he tried to pull regarding videogames
Nil Falcon
Ok, puss boy. No remorse for an opinion. Makes sense
@@manuel2765 it's Nik Falcon in case you can't read ScheiZee
Also it was about him trying to convince other people to think like he does but I guess you wouldn't have the mental capacity to tell the difference between that and an opinion
I mean you're the same guy mistook "puss boy" for an "idiot" so I'd expect as much really
You know you've hit your head on the stairs once too much when other people have to get your insults straight FOR you
@@nikifalcon What "Heap Of Shit?" I didn't look deep into it. I know he didn't like the song being in GH3, but I thought it was because he didn't like how the game seemed to go against his intentions for the song.
Real question tho, who were the musicians who made this version / cover?
steve ouimette
1:23 this is the best part to me
Fun fact: This isn't even the original version, this was made specifically for guitar hero.
Oh no shit? You mean this isn't Charlie Daniels?
God I hope that guitar was 18 years old...
This version is sick. Lou is sick as well
It’s hard enough trying to play this in GH imagine what it’s like to play it on a REAL electric guitar…
Hey! 666 comments!
Rip the fingers who play this :v
I come from experience when I say your comment is valid.
This part is a complete head banger
0:49
Most comments are new wtf
I wish Lemmy could’ve sang this song
best verson
Sounds alot better when im not missing all the notes.
you know a video is ancient if it says sub RATE comment
Aahhh the good ol days when RUclips was pure and nobody ever thought you could possibly make a living out of it.
@@DrepaKVHA and there was no censorship
Not old enough unless it also asks you to favourite it lol
Next thing Johnny knows, he’s hired as a rock & roll fiddler at Club Lux.
Después de 5 años vuelvo a escuchar esta joyita, que nostalgia
greatest mistake of guitar hero 3 was not making this boss battle and others about who had the highest score at the end instead of making the objective to have the cpu fail through bullshit powerups not related to player skill. completely ruins the point of making this entire amazing piece of music fully charted only for the objective to be ending the song before it's conclusion
Yeah that would have been cool. Use powerups to lower score, and then have no fail meter - perhaps they could have added an ending part where Johnny loses for whenever you lost.
I’d like to see someone play 2:56-5:28 on a fiddle, like in the original version.
The original performer is Steve Ouimette. He’s from Canada.
i just noticed that johnny's guitar is on the right and the devil is on the left.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I lowkey like this version better
The best it's ever been
*The devil sending someone to the lowest part of hell for murder*
The guy: I know what I've done, but its not as bad as getting my ass beat by some hillbilly.
I betcha you didnt know im a Fiddle player too.
This version is some close to Avenged Sevenfold band.
This beats the nickel back version
My hands were too small to ever play guitar hero :( it would've been cool to play this though
The first frustration we never forget.
The devil won this entire time and this is how
He lost on purpose to Johnny. Now Johnny has his prize his grand prize and becomes famous. Everyone knows Johnny! Soon enough he starts to be super careful with that golden fiddle, In fact he admires it. Prizes it for all things right in his life
Now Johnny has a false idol
Devil wins when Johnny dies die because of his false idol
One of the best video game rock songs in history
This is still the best cover hands down. Need to have a love version of this!
Honestly guitar hero 3 has some fucking banger covers
I'm surprised nobody in the comments is pretending to be Lou
best way to summarize the fight that this song is in. you fight the devil to a guitar battle while a rock version of a country song.
Well devil we told ya several time we’ll beat yer games all the time and always HAVE beat ya
0:00 To 5:07 Sick & Insane Solos
That bass line tho @1:23
I still can’t explain it but that solo at 4:55 is literally euphoric. Like, its damn near orgasmic lol.
That victory solo just blew my face off 😮
This is the better than the original and no cover has been better. Sadly I cant find this version anywhere but RUclips.
You can find it
I am convinced that the GH3 dev team pulled an interstellar and used the tesseract to tell Charlie Daniels in 1979 to make the original devil went down to georgia so that they could eventually make the version for the game
Hell yeah brings me back to the golden days of my life learning to play songs like this on a real guitar
I been playing for 10 years and still cant read music.... for me it's all about dicking around and making some funky jams
