@ 13:50, deduct $10,000 for NCI dividend received, net income = $80x, 20%, yields $16k NCI income, minus $2k amortization
i wish u could’ve explained the annual adjustments to LT Liabilities/ Interest Exp in a bit more detail… super counterintuitive @ face value, but i guess allocating a reduction to a liability is effectively writing up an asset which would then need to be amortized over its remaining 8 yr life ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
