These cases are so incredibly delicate and historically important, that the good guys (YOU the people) know that they have to make sure to not make any mistakes, because that's a material 45 and his base use to concoct their mis- and disinformation. I also know that they are treating him way too well, but think it like this: in the future, there can be no doubt about the judges being fair with him; if that's not clear, a few generations in the future can someone conclude that he was actually a martyr and all the nightmare will start over again.
