Thank you for your inspiring video! My daughter, 7 yo, has become Carmen's fan and it let her win the first place, finally! Please let Carmen know that she has a fan in Russia :)
3:11 I recently got involved in Irish dance, and I'm no expert but it seems to me she's got Michael Jackson level dancing skills and perfect rhythm. It's inspiring to watch.
Amazing absolutely beautiful your a real shinning star love every second of your video please keep them coming With love and up most respect from Grants Pass Oregon USA
She looks like her (proud) Dad. Like the announcer said of Secretariat as he ran the Belmont Stakes leg of the triple crown (1973), "He (in this case she) is moving like a TREMENDOUS machine."
I loved our costumes back in the day with the lovely velvets and the embroidery was a real work of art. No horrible Madge Simpson wigs just our own long hair curled or short. The class costumes were beautiful too and always knew which school of dancing you represented. Then it was white bubble socks but black tights when you got older for the teams. Still have my medals and my Irish dancing doll in her costume with beautiful embroidery in a case in the attic. I miss the more traditional style of dance as it’s now like all jumps and prancing ponies. 😢. So far removed from traditional Irish Dancing.
Still dancing! Took a break from competition for a while. Thanks for all your lovely comments! xx
She’s my favorite Irish dancer!
When you are thw worlds best Well done and congratulations Carmen you make us all proud of you

😍🥂
Too bad the song is R Kelly :/ great video though
I’m in the North American nationals video
Great video, she reminds me slightly of young Judy Garland, or is that just me 😂
The young ladies must be very proud of their Irish blood
Where is she now?
She’s quit
Golden Cat yea i know that now
She got back into it! She competed at worlds and got 2nd!
Is it just me that's confused why she's wearing red light shoes?!?!
Same here
I think they are shoes you wear for results
Oh
I dont get the whole outfit. Just too much. I was irish dancer when I was young, and we wore plain outfits with black tights. I was much nicer
