- This video demonstrates how to help students practice scanning skills when reading, and a transfer to how this can be practiced in pairs in an interactive and engaging way. It features trainer Maria Bjorning and was filmed with students at Unitec NZ.
Great clarity in process and transfer to the learners. Learners doing it and responding to one another in such a benevolent way is a joy to see.
If only i have this kind of teacher 🥺❣
I love your teaching about scanning. Could share about skimming please? Thank you so much
I really enjoyed watching this. I've learnt a lot from these activities and how I can do the same with my students. Thanks for sharing.
Great to hear! Let us know how they work in your lessons :)
Thank you so much for this video. I have seen activities that I can execute to my class in EAPP.
Thank you so much!
Nice video, give me clear information relate scanning and seeming reading strategy
So what is the difference between scanning and skimming I was waiting for the answer 😢that's more imporatant than the first part
Your description on skimming is not clear and we want to suggest more examples of skimming
But you did not teach them how to use scanning to answer the questions. They need to do it in practice
