@@elainegrey7805 I shifted to a waiting room\portal room where I made portals to all the DRs I wanted to visit- I went to Hogwarts, Maze runner, A school learning DR (learning school work from pro tutors to get good grades), a DR to look at all the answers for up coming tests at school, I travelled the universe for a bit (i would really recommend that its amazing), and then i went to a few other DRs, learned how to do a lot of things etc.

Trying again ^^ I got hella symptoms the last time. Tried a few other methods which involved the Estelle method and the pillow method. I’m bad at visualizing which is odd compared to like a year or 2 ago when I only ever visualized well when my eyes were shut.

Just do note that do not force it to happen because it will happen eventually. Think of it like sneezing, when you force it to happen it doesn't happen or when you just let it happen naturally it happens and its the same as shifting. You could just think about your dr and then say your safe word and you’re immediately in your cr, 2. You don’t need to read over your script ever single time before you’re trying to shift it’s just a stupid rumor that was spread on shifttok. remember there’s a lot of false information there, 3. You do not need to know every single thing from your script. If you want to know every single thing but you’re scared that you’re going to forget something in your dr, you could just script that your script is on your dr phone and that you’re the only one that can see and use/open it!!!

this was so insane to experience. i didn’t quite shift but i could feel that i was so so so close!! i had all the symptoms. it felt like i was completely disconnected from my body and it felt like i was floating, my heart was racing so fast it was almost fluttering, i kept getting random twitches, i could see the bright light, and my body felt numb. i can’t wait to try again!! i think i’ll totally be able to shift this time and i’m so excited.
I was literally so close! I could feel the room spinning and I could't feel witch way my hand were (I know that probably seems weird) my mind was also really clear and I was just thinking about shifting. But then I started to sweat like a LOT and I felt like I had to stop, but that was the closest I have ever been! I will try again in a few days! (I really recommend meditating at least 3 times a day before trying shifting it really helps your mind to only think about shifting and you desired reality!)

@@elainegrey7805 I shifted to a waiting room\portal room where I made portals to all the DRs I wanted to visit- I went to Hogwarts, Maze runner, A school learning DR (learning school work from pro tutors to get good grades), a DR to look at all the answers for up coming tests at school, I travelled the universe for a bit (i would really recommend that its amazing), and then i went to a few other DRs, learned how to do a lot of things etc.

@@ericka5952 basically you just write in your script that your eyes will open automatically when you've fully shifted and as for sleeping you go to sleep after you have loads of symptoms and set the intention that when you wake up you will be in your desired reality, or you can do non-sleeping methods :)

You can also script that, when you have shifted you automatically open your eyes. And add to your script that you will smell a certain thing for example: you will smell strong vanilla when you have shifted. You can also script that you will hear someone calling your name . And the Julia method is a non sleeping method. You can do it at anytime it doesn’t matter if your do it in the day time or morning.

Trying again ^^ I got hella symptoms the last time. Tried a few other methods which involved the Estelle method and the pillow method. I’m bad at visualizing which is odd compared to like a year or 2 ago when I only ever visualized well when my eyes were shut.

Hi besties, so I sensed the anger of most shifters here in the comments well.. complaining how they didn't do it last night or something distracted them when they were so close!!! Just do note that do not force it to happen because it will happen eventually. Think of it like sneezing, when you force it to happen it doesn't happen or when you just let it happen naturally it happens and its the same as shifting. Once you feel like you're close but then something distracts you, notice the way you react towards it.

You could just think about your dr and then say your safe word and you’re immediately in your cr, 2. You don’t need to read over your script ever single time before you’re trying to shift it’s just a stupid rumor that was spread on shifttok. remember there’s a lot of false information there, 3. You do not need to know every single thing from your script. If you want to know every single thing but you’re scared that you’re going to forget something in your dr, you could just script that your script is on your dr phone and that you’re the only one that can see and use/open it!!!

But then I started to sweat like a LOT and I felt like I had to stop, but that was the closest I have ever been! I will try again in a few days! (I really recommend meditating at least 3 times a day before trying shifting it really helps your mind to only think about shifting and you desired reality!)
Y’all literally I was about to shift I felt all the symptoms, than my AirPods died😭😭 but seriously do this, I’ll update when I shift! I believe in you, you found out about shifting for a reason!
