    I’ve been using this for the past few attempts and I’m not even kidding when I say it’s the closest I’ve gotten. I’ve gotten vivid dreams of my DR, dreams related to shifting, and so much motivation. Seriously the best

      Alrighty, so... it's not even two hours later, and I have an update 🧍‍♀️. I tried this, and well, I didn't get to my dr, and I don't think I shifted, but I had this really crazy dream. The dream did feel really real and vivid, but I didn't realize I was dreaming, so im not gonna count it as shifting? Or was it?
      The crazy thing is that I haven't tried to shift for several weeks and haven't had a dream in a while. So, I'll say that this meditation works, and I'm gonna try again and give an update. 😋😴
      Edit: Also, I did this meditation when I had just woken up around 4:30 a.m, and I made this update at 6:21ish a.m after waking up from the dream. ☝️🥸

    Definitely the closest I’ve gotten and I may have accidentally induced sleep paralysis but that’s fine I guess. Good vibes to everyone and good intentions towards your shift! I believe in you ❤️

      Update: it’s quite the visualising method. So if you’re not the best at it try another. I would say it a very interesting concept tho. But sadly didn’t shift with it
