  • In this video, I hit the skatepark after years of not skateboarding, and wow, it’s been a journey. I quickly realized two important things: never stop doing what you love because it gets harder as you get older, and skateboarders are seriously underrated for the incredible skill, dedication, and passion they put into the sport.
Returning to skateboarding reminded me of the basics and the thrill of landing tricks like kickflips and heelflips. I found myself appreciating the culture and techniques that define skateboarding, from carving up ramps to mastering manuals and nollies. It also made me miss being a kid and dying to get skateboard brands like Santa Cruz, Zero, Birdhouse, Powell Peralta, and Darkstar, all of which are known for their high-quality decks, wheels, and overall durability.
While revisiting skateboarding tricks for beginners and the essential techniques, I also explored the latest trends in skateboarding fashion and gear and things dont look like the change that much WHICH is COOL. The experience was a humbling reminder of how essential it is to keep pursuing your passions, no matter the challenges.
Join me as I navigate the ups and downs of getting back on the board, share some valuable skateboarding tips, and explore the best skateparks in the area. Whether you're a seasoned skater or just starting, there’s something in this journey for everyone. Let’s keep rolling together! 🛹✨

Inspirational video and also I think there is no age limit to skating Tony hawk for an example is in his 50-60s skating, bam somewhat still skates in his late 40s, so to wrap this up, I don’t think there is an age limit.

I agree I dont think there is an age limit, but me being new to skateboarding at 40, 6'4" 225lbs, there is alot of risk. However i can carve easy enough, but tick tacks are still pretty sketchy to me. I hope I get more confident, and controlled with raising and lowering my front foot. But the falling is going to be way more detrimental to my body. So I do know before I start swinging those tick tacks wider and wider to 180 degree territory I will be in full pads and a helmet. 😅

At my local skatepark, there are people of all ages, but it's very common to see skaters aged 35 and up. I'm part of a skating community that has endured over time. Cheers!

Feel just like you. Hate when i need to say how i feel or what kind of injury i have. Think that comes with years. As a kid you don't have to bother about 99% things in your life, so shake it off attitude is normal. After 30 many of us can't afford that lol
