Our family LOVES Matisyahu. I believe that Yeshua ha Meshiac but Judaism is at the core. The core of Christianity, the core and the light. When I'm at a Matisyahu show, it is the greatest "church" experience for me. There is nothing like it. And I thank God in Jesus name every day for Judaism and Matisyahu who speak truth to the nations.

I see all these stupid ignorant comments about things like beliefs that don't even matter, and it compels me to say this:
I am an atheist. I believe don't believe in any Gods. Matisyahu's music is amazing, I love all of it. The fact that he's religious and he sing for his beliefs has nothing to do with his message.
Although I don't believe a higher power is overseeing us, I believe all of humans are born as good people. Do not persecute one another, we are all one in the same. Learn to love

Dear Matisyahu, thank you for preaching GOD´s word. We do the same using psalms, revelation, thora, and of course Jesaja, Jeremia and Micha (these are great prophets in the tenacha). As evangelist we also tell the gospel, that one jew has fulfilled the law and kept all 613 commandments. You are invited to visit Austria and preach (the way you´d like) in our christian church. For you do the same. Maybe you heard Toby Mac or anybody else praising God through music. Mazel tov!

@DaDestined1 but all the first christians were all jews, as it states in acts, yeshuahs message made them become more observant in torah, rather than what paul did which was make the gentiles steer away from torah, i used to be a christian also some years ago and my understanding is that Paul did the contradictory thing of what yeshuah told his apostles to do, which was that he instructed them specifically not to go to the gentiles.

It is sad to see in this comments section all the individuals reaching so high to assert their spiritualism , religion, secularism, & atheism, but only bring themselves low. Why are many commenters worried about what others believe? Are your own beliefs so frail that constant validation must be sought to bring them meaning & value?

Go read the story of Daniel in the lions den, Anyways glory be to God! Anyways all these different denominations are the devils tool to keep us devided. We should work together. Gain Knowledge! We could be helping the less fortunate, We could be teaching others about God, But instead we all just want to prove our points.

All of the possibilities for us, if we can only learn to get past our own flaws, because that is why we point out others. Not cause we're better than them, but because we feel they are better than us, or have it better than us. @pboisei In the mind of the Chabad,
there are only Jews. Their objection of Reform Judaism is there lack of adherence to halacha- Reform Judaism is "easy" Judaism- water downed created by those who wanted to assimilate in 19th century Germany, So to submit to Reform authority is in deference to Judaism in their minds. I'll put it to you this way; when a Reform shuel needed to "kosher" the kitchen , (in Indianapolis some years ago) they called in the Chabad rabbi "Ras Ipsa Loquitor"

I am a Christian, to me that means I must love my neighbor more than I love myself. Christianity, when practiced without love, may be the most horrific and murderous religion in the world. The same might be said for Judaism and Islam. Ideals held without love soon become vehicles of hate. Go love somebody, let sincerity determine whose beliefs are true and good.

This guy definitely has some demons haunting him. He looks so sad thinking about his past. I'm not Jewish, I'm not sure what I am after being born and raised as a Roman Catholic, but this man has the best music I've ever heard in the genre of "Reggae" if that's what you'd call it. He's also one of the best rappers I've ever heard too. But guys leave out all the politics from this video. I mean look at this guy, this guy represents the common folk of young Jews not the politicians or elite.

Enjoy the music! You can't teach a JEW nothing about salvation- John 4:22 You don't know what you're worshiping. We Jews know what we're worshiping, because salvation comes from the Jews. These are YESHUA (JESUS') words. There is 1 G-d, 1 TORAH (mistranslated Law, but teachings and instructions for ALL MAN KIND). Touch not nor speak against the L-rd's anointed people from which YESHUA came, be humbled that through them he came.

Why do a lot of non-jews hate jews? What did they do to you? Don't say "Jews sucks" or something similar. We are trying to pray to god what he does to us. And god created this world for peace not for war and hate. So what is so bad about jews? We barely do anything bad to the world do we? Not like the Muslims and the Christians. So, most of us have our own beliefs. So why do you people who are not jewish try to murder Innocent jewish kids and adults?

Blue Bug To quote an artist I enjoy, "Do the stars disappear when we close our eyes?" The obvious answer is no. I realize he doesn't have faith in the Messiah, but the Messiah is the Messiah regardless of who believes on Him.

Caughter Eyes That's a wonderful reply. Very spiritually sound.
So long as you realise there's much more of a distinction that that. This isn't meant to "be mean". Just to illuminate, to some extent. Messianics are largely seen as Christians with a thin Jewish veneer- the movement was initially created by the Baptists specifically to convert Jews; a very spiritually dishonest thing to do.
I think it's grown beyond that now, but due to the historical persecution by Christians, and more recently, how the Messianic movement began (essentially as subterfuge, and to present a semi-Jewish cultural environment to win them over), the well has been poisoned. Even if "Yeshua" was the Messiah, the horrible practises of his followers have made it nearly impossible for most Jews to ever accept him. Quite sad, really.
