I'm in a high humidity climate (FL). Would the Simi Isomalt be less likely to melt here, if used for my windows?

Yes! We are based in Florida, and as long as you spray your windows with the Clear Edible Glaze Spray on the front and back they will stay nice and shiny! Thanks for watching!

The edible glaze spray is a PME product, most cake supply shops and online stores should carry it, as well as amazon. Yes it works perfectly for jewels and lollipops, and as long as you do a thin coat of glaze and the isomalt is flavored, it will still taste great! Thanks for watching!

Chocolate Transfer Sheets are made using cocoa butter for the designs and are not designed to take the heat of isomalt, so they will melt. Simi Isomalt Transfer Sheets are a special, thin type of icing paper that will hold up well to the heat and transfer beautifully!
