Once you obtain the foxes as critters feed them Salmon or Tilapia and they will drop a iron ingots instead of a dreamshard. Totally worth it because it saves you time grinding for ore to make ingots.
I like to consolidate the foraging trees and bushes in an area. I do it in a cohesive decretive way. But they are all with in close proximity to each other. This makes it so much easier to forage.
Dig up the shining spots on the ground every day. The dreamshards and nightshards are hard to find otherwise. You need a lot of nightshards for quests later on.

Ariel and Ursula are difficult to level up as they can't be assigned chores, so the fastest way to do it (aside from giving them their favourites of the day) is to give them flowers and/or stones, don't matter if shiny or regular, so if you those to spare, give them to 'em. Also, as far as I've progressed, have not used shiny stones for ANYTHING, so feel free to sell them, just keep like 5 around, you won't need more (in my experience so far)
Flowers give the most friendship points! They give a whooping 400 points! ( mind you a quest with them gives you like 100 friendship points😦) Get about 120 flowers and just keep spam gifting em!
I shouldn't laugh but the fence part cracked me up 😂 and the crops growing better where you buy them is game changing for trying to get more money more efficiently right now!

Idk if someone said this already in the comments but you can guarantee getting seaweed when fisbing in thr peaceful meadow IF you aim for the cattails area where the plants are in the water. And you get bonus seaweed if you have your fishing buddy with you. Beats trying to hope you'll get seaweed :)
Make sure to eat and drop the food you make and the ingredients in the realm because it will disappear when you leave the realm, but you will have full energy. Make soufflé 😊

Ive been playing for along time and i didnt know about moving the well to a unopened side i knew you could move it but it didn’t even cross my mind another tip when u open remy feeding your villagers its way better for their friendship level . Like delivering their orders

I had to start all over again with this game. From the first time I did the same thing. Since I had to start over, I decided not to open Scrooge's store. First I decided to build up all my coins and Dreamlight. And this is my second time I started all over again. Which I'm actually happy about it. Bc when you do help the characters and level them up. There are things you still unlock from them, that was in the store. Either you couldn't afford. Which that is really awesome.
Be careful when assigning rolls to your characters. I just started the game, but I already chose two to harvest by accident so now I’m left foraging by myself until I get a new character. I don’t think you can reassign them.
yes, you cannot reassign, but if you are new in the game, there are currently many characters you can unlock, so just make sure to keep assigning different roles to the next few you unlock and you will be fine!
I just learned you can move the well into the blocked off area in the Biome and fast travel to that part of the biome that is blocked off by like the Ice burgers or the bones then move it back to the opened part of the biome if you want to go somewhere in the valley
I counted and it only takes 5 seconds to fast travel, whereas the speed our character goes will only cover about 1/3 of a biome in the same time. So it's totally worth it! 😂
It seems like the April 2023 update improved the harvesting stuff, they don’t get in the way as much now Re the update: You’ll get more Here and There Fish by fishing outside rings.
My sister told me this before I started playing and its been a LIFESAVER! I hope this helps!!! STOCK UP ON HARDWOOD, STONES, AND CLAY!!! You'll need 100 stones, 100 hardwood sticks and 200 clay for one of Minnie's quest called "Remembering Old Times" to build a clock for the plaza! SAVE YOU GEMS! There are a lot of quests where most gems are required! Especially at the castle where you'll need one of each regular not shiny gem to unlock a secret door behind a purple curtain! STOCK UP on 3 Blue flowers you'll need 20 of each flower as followed, 20 Blue Milkweed, 20 Blue Star Lillies and 20 Blue Falling Pestemon! This is a quest for BUZZ!

hi!! so sometimes in your inventory, or pockets as i call it here, you will have seeds and then might accidently plant the wrong seed when farming...so what i do is make sure that there are no seeds at all in my inventory while gardening to get the most out of the crops! i hope this helps! thanks so much for watching!!

sooo when youre on the map and you are looking for the quickest way to a villager, building, or even crop you just hit the circle icon and go back into the game, a purple smoke will appear on screen, and you can follow that to the selected circle! Hello. I am confused about assigning roles to characters. I thought the characters would help with the tasks. But, I guess it is only for leveling them up? Also, I have realised that their levels still increase no matter what task you do.
ok, if you invite them to hang out with you, usually the 3rd or 4th option down, they will rise friendship faster with you if you do that activity, also, if you have a few people with the skill, there is an increasing chance that they will walk up to where you were mining/fishing/farming and throw additional items. so if you are mining and get a shiny gem, they may walk up and throw another gem, so its great for getting cash fast. and apparently, the more villiagers with the skill, the rate of them throwing you a double increases, so if you have 3 miners, you will get more bonus gems than if they are the only miner.

If you are playing on a more powerful console or PC, fast travel is fine. But on Switch, I prefer to walk on foot. Before the December update, it always crashed constantly when I fast traveled too many times. And even though most of the crashes stopped and the game has smoothed out somewhat, I still don't fast travel. I just prefer it that way.
Just got this and learned quickly the dream light form shards was worthless lol, I now have a good 100+ saved up but they honestly need to get rid of that feature

@Nuka frost Gaming Goofy's stall can't be moved to other biomes. You can move them within the biome they are from but not in another one. So sad for some of us who wanted to make a market... 😭
it’s extremely disappointing how they’ve introduced the premium shop. it’s in early access, which we already paid for. they seriously couldn’t have held off until they finished and fully released the game? the fact that they prioritized adding the premium shop over say, new characters or something disappoints me.

i love this!! i have a suggestion: perhaps make the background music quieter! i have ADHD and i had a lot of trouble focusing on what you were saying with the music being a simile volume. i hope to see more vids from you!! ❤
I set my system clock a year in the past before starting a new game. Now, I can fast forward as needed without ruining anything. When I finally catch up to the real date, I will stop time travelling. But for now, it's super efficient.
I do 400 pumpkins everyday with a level 10 gardening friend. 600k+ gold coins every day. I fenced merlin once, I regretted it. Nearly crashed my game and I spent and extra 10 minutes collecting everything because it filled the entire biome with pumpkin drops.
And planting in the biome you buy from only prevents having to double water. The times have been the same for me everywhere though. Just extra watering depending on location.
I feel a lot of these points was made in the game and that some of the explanations in the game tell you about a lot of these tips speiclaly the part about gardening, I mean why else would they give you the opion to give them a job? its to help you when doing any of the tasks to get more of the items from doing said tasks, I might seem like a horrible person for saying this but i think you either skipped a lot of the text or just didn't read it properly. Dont get me wrong some of the tips here are not clear in the game but a lot fo the things you are talking about are in the game.
Ohh wow I didn't know about the varying growth time depending on the biome..? Is it actually proven? Whenever I search it up in Google, they only give 1 time for each crop, so I just assumed they had the same growth rate
i did see that on google too...but honestly i haven't clocked it myself...i do grow my pumpkins in the forest instead of the forgotten lands and it does feel like it takes forever, but the normal growing time for pumpkins is 4 hours anyway

Those training manuals so I could first assign an easy role to level a character up then change them to the desired role after hitting level 10.

If you go into the Ratatoulli world and cook then eat it doesn't cost you anything and you'll get extra energy

Why would you sell any of the flowers? Keep them in a chest for when you need them. Super helpful for the later quests when you need one of each
for fast travel you dont have to click a well... press T and itll pull up a menu! you can even travel to each of your realms this way!

I would say keep the night torns and only remove them when a event qeust says so its hard to remove 30 night torns as only 10 appears a day
