Did he actually say notice how quiet it is when it flies over!!! now yes I imagine compared to other big jets it may be quiet but come on that would wake up a deaf man, awesome video though would love to be able to fly one of these would love to be able just to ride in one awesome video
He said notice how quiet it is as it approaches.. in which it is.. now it's not silent. But it's quiet enough to not alert any hostiles that a large cargo plane is about to go over..

It is a Dover C-17 so the crew probably flew up commercial to use one of Dover's birds for the demo
