The UI has changed a bit. After entering Aadhar details, a new option appers asking for authenticating Aadhar. Every time I enter OTP, an error pop up appears. Can you help?

If you change flat and that flat has different energy meter you have to do new registration..try with some different id.. if you get some error contact the customer support number in website, also u can find in 📌 pinned comments

Make sure account id which you are entering is correct .. it will auto fill the other details .. select escom name according to your place ..

May be website server issue , I cannot help in this try after sometime or after few days
What if i apply for the scheme as a tenant and if i shift to another rented house will i be able to apply for the scheme again?
Yes you can apply .. first you need to call to remove the existing registration.. to given customer care number in website

bro first select bescom from top pop up menu. It worked for me. it is actually very small tab in between.

You need to visit office as your number might be registered already so it’s showing duplicate.. or try with some other person details from your house
