Picking up that circular disc that's only a few inches wide at 31:08 demonstrates in one showing how much of an excellent operator Chris is!, fantastic video mate 👍🏻
Chris, my son operates heavy equipment. He started on a backhoe at about 10 and has been ever since. He's 30 now and still would rather be on a piece of equipment. His love, job. Your videos are great reminders.
It is always funny to see all the "what a waste" and "someone would have taken that" people that comment. Last video, someone was claiming that the cement pad should have been saved. This, many are complaining that this is "good wood" and should have been pry-barred apart. What they don't realize is the man's busy schedule and how he can't waste a whole day on a few 2x's and plywood. Which, btw, was subjected to water intrusion due to a hole in the roof, compromised windows and frames and from the roof of the building adjacent to it. Chris already had salvaged 2 other sheds in this area, and he remarked at how this one was too far gone to save.
Ha ha Jeeze what’s it like up there and you know where I mean , the roof timber’s still look good to me , but hey who gives a flying f***k Chris bought it he can do what he wants with it , but people are entitled to there comments as it is a comments section , all the comments don’t need to always be suck ass do they .
You have definitely explained it well. If it was on my property,,,,, IF,,,,,, I would have saved the shed as there was a lot to save, BUT, I am retired and have next to nothing to do except go fishing!! Haha. Chris’ time is worth wayyyy too much to go salvaging this one board at a time and unfortunately it was too far gone to move well. You hit the nail on the head! Some people though, find it hard to see the greater picture because they have never been exposed to a work life similar to Chris’. I get that too. So long as they say it was something that could have been saved and not tell Chris what to do!!!! Hahaha. Stay safe, Eh!
Always glad to see new additions to your dreams coming true. You work hard to make those dreams come true. Some people expect to sit and wait for those things to happen... You MAKE them happen...*SALUTE*
Your last building really looks good in the sunlight that blue is nice ! And you won't need see your neighbor as much from way you talked in the past you don't get along with them very much !
I’m 28, it’s 6am. I’m spending my first day of vacation glued to the tv watching a dude demolish shit. I could watch this for hours. Brings out the lil kid in you a bit 😂
Job well done! Your talent with these machines is amazing. You are a hard worker and your home is looking so very good! I appreciate your sharing these videos with us.
The new mini seems to be doing a great job , with a little help from the operator of course !! Thanks for sharing , been looking at the mini , haven’t found the LD18 sticker yet !!
Brother you now have a nice clean slate to plan and build something spectacular that will suit all your needs and last a lifetime. Good job on the demo and clean up.
That's going to be a nice homestead Chris. You could use the new one as double duty for covered party area. Move that stainless steel counter and cabinet in there for food prep. Good to go.
There is not enough time in a day to do all the good you do Chris. Your building a new shop? Two is better than one. How is the greenhouse growing season going? Blessings.
Was I the only one that saw those bats flying around as Chris was dumping some of the "shed" into the trailer? Then there was one that flew out of a pile of stuff on the ground. Guess your gonna have to stick up a few bat houses around your farm before those bats go after your cows. Damm vampires!!
abaut the new building you really should get a washpit with grease&oil trap big enough to presure wash and clean your maschines - including the 220 and the dozer also because of the kind of equipment you might run on that foundation id put some 3/8 inch steel plates onto the concrete as abrasion resistance for steel tracked vehicles
That would have made a lot of great deer stands, but the fire will be even better! I hope things are going well with the equipment that is down. Feel free to update us on that!
Just a thought. If you leave 12 foot from new building to newer building you could add roof and back wall later to block neighbor and have covered spot for something
For a rotten old shed, that sure put up a fight!! It was built right except for the protection from water intrusion. One very important factor in building. It’s definitely a mistake I have made in the past. If it was on my land and up to me , I would have saved it, but I’m retired and have all the time in the world. Chris did the right thing for his circumstances and timelines. Great video Chris! There was one piece of 2x4 went flying by your windshield early on from the door frame. Good thing you didn’t have the camera in the cab at that time because I’m sure what you said would have demonetized the video!!! Hahaha. Looking forward to the new building going in for you! Nice stuff! Stay safe, Eh!
Knocked it right on out !! Can't wait to see the New Building / Shop going there !! Gonna be nice , I already know ...lolol... Great as always Chris !! Have a Great evening !! On too the Next...
There is plenty of work out there tell them to get there as to work I just fired two in a row now one was smoking weed the first day on the job the other was just plain lazy and didn’t have no more interest he just said I don’t love my job no more then I said well you might as well go home then and no some ppl are just to lazy to work so unless they have a real good reason to be homeless like we’ll sometimes ppl get bills like but 90% of the time sits because they really are into drugs and no I do not tolerate drugs if you work for me I don’t support drugs it makes ppl lazy and worthless
I think you should design a new bucket -- specifically for demolition. At first I was thinking bucket and thumb, but I realize it is many times easier to swap a bucket. It wouldn't even need to do most "bucket" functions. You already have a custom thumb on this scale, and I'll bet your accessory guys would make a custom bucket to test and show off, if you created a design. That is if you think this can be improved upon, and I'll bet it could.
A fella never gets tired of watching your videos, Thank you !

Yup... almost surgical precision
That shed made some extremely satisfying crunch and thud sounds.
Wish you the best on your new building sir. Looking forward to seeing it go up.

Ahhhhhh another great Letsdig18 bon fire in the making.
Sir Winston was checking on Dad. He is waiting for the chance to take a ride in Strawberry Shortcake.

Like I want to spend a week pulling nails out of lumber only to not use it in my new building because it looks horrible lol Trash it goes!
@@letsdig18 probably all ringshank nails too that won’t pull well. That sounds like it would be zero fun and little to nothing gained.
Seeing that one stick go flying I had visions of a cracked window in the mini.....
I ducked when i saw it lol
@@letsdig18 No broken wind shields for atleast 5 years 😀. Not just wind shields every machine he has, shouldn't break down for 10 years
Had a frozen piece of clay roll off the back of bucket as I was pushing it all up hill with a skid steer. I ducked. It still hit the windshield.
Love that Yanmar!!
looks great, Chris! looking forward to seeing the new building process!

Looking forward to see the new shed project. Take care & cheers from 🐨🦘🥰
Breaks my heart to see good wood go to waste!!!!!
That looks great Chris, I just saw Winston in the backyard with another dog playing! lol he’s a beautiful boy! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Any updates on the big machines? Btw love all of your videos chris💯🙏🏽
There was a part of me that really wanted to see the mulching head come out and rip through that building.
I was drooling over all that salvageable lumber, and the wiring. Enjoy your videos.
chris said in the previous video that it had rot all over it.
Nice progress keep moving forward
So glad to see Strawberry Shortcake getting workouts.
As always an excellent job. Keep us up to date on your new building.

Hello Chris
Be careful with your new Yanmar, if you drive on the slats you can drive in a nail and capture a flat track
Been loving the videos with the new mini! Feels like I’ve got to break it in
Crunch,crunch, crunch!
And the little metal shed in the background is trembling with fear.
LOL. I thought the same. 30 seconds job.
Looks like stable machine, gotta love the cushioned hydraulic cylinders
Doesn't look like a very good Mini Chris!
Looks more like a very mighty machine👌🏻
Only thing missing is the burning of the old shed🙃
I'm never bored or fall asleep. 👍✌🍻
Looks really nice now Chris. Hope we get to see the end product too. It’s fun doing work at your house.
Brother you now have a nice clean slate to plan and build something spectacular that will suit all your needs and last a lifetime. Good job on the demo and clean up.
Looks like the new Mini is earning its keep.
Looked like a couple bats taking fleight. Good to see there are still some alive.
Love the in cab view It’s like I’m there. I do the same work so I like to see how you go after some things it’s easier to see in cab view
That looked like a cleansing! If it's in the way.... it's going!
great job buddy and great video as always buddy 😎👊🏻👍🏻
That's going to be a nice homestead Chris. You could use the new one as double duty for covered party area. Move that stainless steel counter and cabinet in there for food prep. Good to go.
I need one of those toys!
Forget about all those salvageable 2x4s…..go for the little strands of wire. 🤔
Guess that project on the wood lathe won’t get done. 😁
not 2x4 s most are 2x3
There is not enough time in a day to do all the good you do Chris. Your building a new shop? Two is better than one. How is the greenhouse growing season going? Blessings.
And no critters came running out, oh well maybe too hot for them to be in there anyway. Great video bro. Safe travels.

Looking good Chris !!! I'll spare you the lumber prices comments!!!! 😄😂🤣New building gonna look nice 👍✌️
Thanks Chris 🙂🙏
Wow that siding is almost indestructible - that and Flex Tape and you can take a direct JDAM and the building will be like whuuuut.
Great vlog 👍👍

I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO CHRIS 😊
In comparison to some of the rickety buildings you've demolished, that shed put up a good fight!
Almost ready to build a new building.
Looky there, Strawberry Shortcake knows how to play rough.
I was thinking it was the One Armed Tomato
That would have made a lot of great deer stands, but the fire will be even better! I hope things are going well with the equipment that is down. Feel free to update us on that!
Going be nice 👍
I always like watching Chris work, regardless of the speed.

Yanmar makes good equipment, I owned a 2410d tractor and it serverer me well for several years without problems.
Does this mean we can use Shortcake for a new project at Bealy Good Farm? 😊
That would probably be a yes, since you made the major payment on it...... lol

I'm glad you didn't include all of the swearing that was involved with this video good job Chris.
Hey Chris !!! Nicely done !!! Any updates on Equipment repairs ??? Hope you have a good week & ""KEEP IT SAFE ""!!!

Looks like Strawberry Cheese Cake is a Keeper! :)
I Bet the Neighbors are noticing how you’re Cleaning up the Area near their property. Looks Good.
Did you see that board go flying at 6:11, holy cow!
Yeah I saw that, that could've been a front glass real easy. I'll bet Chris saw that in reeeel sloooow motion as he yelled noooooo!
Yea, I was thinking "Don't hit Shortcake's front windshield!".
That looks like so much fun. The only thing better is to watch it all go into a burn pile and watch it burn!
I think the wasps where pissed off!

Y'all see that piece of wood go flyin! Good night!
RIP lathe. The chair leg somebody was turning didn’t have a chance.
I'm pretty sure that lathe was a Harbor Freight. I've turned on one, and frankly it's a bit scary with anything that has any real mass.
Dang nice video So what’s the update on the Other equipment is it still down or you taking a break to get things done around your place
Hello from Germanyy
