We are back at the CGI Facility once again after a LOT of driving and errand running. Last time, I got to experience their incredibly fun motocross track. They have a lot more to offer though. Today, we're going to explore their freeride course, freestyle ramp and 2 HUGE, top secret jumps. Since the suspension on my 250 isn't exactly the greatest, it's time for the RMZ450 to shine. I grabbed it on my way down to see just how far we could launch it.

Epic Video !! can't wait to do it again
I last rode a MX bike (KTM 250) in 1989. Snapped my ankle stepping off the back of a table top from maybe 4ft up and doing maybe 30mph. Watching you doing these jumps makes me realize how much MX bikes and riders have moved on. Spec-tac-u-lar.

The Suzuki looks like an awesome bike, last Suzuki I rode was an RMX 250 and that was pretty awesome. Awesome jumps Jay. Great riding as always. Suzuki engineers are nice guys, they didn't hit the face plant switch at all, stick with them Jay.

So freaking good bro! I grew up riding Moto's in the bush, But then got into freestyle bmx and toured professionally for 10 or so years. But then quit bmx when i started a family and i got a normal job. I'm 43 now and my back is pretty far gone and have been getting back into playing on 2 wheels. Unfortunately bmx hurts my back really bad (probably a big part of what ruined my back haha) But riding my RM doesnt seem to bother it so much so i've been getting into Moto quite a bit and have finally gone to a real track for the first time recently. I Love your videos bro, I've been watching heaps of your content. It is an inspiration for me to learn to jump Moto more and better, And your infectious happiness always leaves me feeling great after watching your vids. Love your work bro And look forward to the next one...

Uhm, maybe boosts the confidence a tiny bit but the skillsets are very different.
I'd say the yellow machine is definitely helping you get gnarlier..... Well Done but now I think you need a blue belt for your moto pants. 😂
Suspension and power of the yellow machine is definitely dialed for the jumps. I'll bring the moto belt idea up to all of the big brands. Million dollar idea 😂
Could you make a video or include some of your routine, what you do for stretches and mobility training to prevent injuries etc
I don't really do anything too intense. Kind of just try to keep up with all of the rehab exercises I've been given throughout all my injuries and make it a point to stretch at least once per day. Alongside the constant bicycle / dirt bike riding, that's kept me in pretty decent shape
You should head out to Cycle ranch in Florsvile Tx it’s a super sick sand track with amazing dirt one of my favorite moto tracks for sure.

I’m in 2nd on the metal ramp and all the freeride jumps. 3rd on the 2 big ones at the end of the video
As a skateboarder I cannot even fathom launching anything close to these jumps.. I like a good box jump on a bmx though❤
