This Yakamart Flea Market was a fun time. Glad you could join us! I also did some game hunting at the Video Game Swap Meet a short time ago - ruclips.net/video/ze620tTQwEo/видео.html
As the dad to a special needs son, I want to say thank you for including your son in this video. I commend you, and my respect for all that you do has gone up ten fold! Keep up the great work!
Ah, my heart. I had a day like that this past Saturday, too. Just me and the youngest hanging out at the wildlife park for a day full of sunshine, hugs, and echolalia.
As a gamer and a father to a 2 year old, i aspire to be like John. Such a understanding father and overall great human. Everytime he has one of his children in the video you can feel that family bond. Makes sure each of his kids feel included, reminds me of my dad ❤ Thanks once again John and Jaron, for bringing a smile to my face and many others 👍 And thank you Mr. Riggs, for being a amazing role model for your children, and the gaming community ❤
Great video! As a school-based speech pathologist, I think you and your son are doing great with all of that language enrichment and verbal labeling. You guys are doing the exact thing I encourage families to do outside of school to help with language development! Looks like you two found a lot of cool stuff at the flea market! Awesome! 😊
it’s heartwarming seeing John the dad acting different with your son than your daughters, he’s not trying to make you cringe or laugh and is enthusiastic yet much more subtle nice finds and great video John
I watch ALOT of RUclipsrs. You might be the nicest of them all. Always a smile, and a great father. When you see a video like this, games are meaningless.
It's always fun to find Game Gear games in the wild, but 99% of the time it's Sonic 2. You could almost find Sonic 2 on the side of the road with how common they are.
Oh man, I remember going to the flea market at 18 and there just being overflows of NES cartridges - NO ONE wanted them. Even at Cash Converters (a pawn shop), KNOWN for their high prices, the carts were like 3 for $10 and they didn't discriminate - I got THREE Zelda games for $10 lol, with cases (the full plastic neon coloured ones).I didn't even bother haggling, I think one of the Zeldas went on eBay for $40 a few years later - no complaints. Those were the days!
Man, there were a couple of good bargains, but dude the sun fade is real. Thanks for let us join both of you on this field hunting! That cheese looks legit, also the bread.
Toppenish is only about 20 mins for me as well but from the southeast side of Washington not north lol. Thanks for the upload John! There’s also a little flea market in Pasco Washington as well that I’ve been meaning to visit and look for games but I still haven’t. Edit: Sweet find on that top loader, a retro shop here in Richland Wa is selling one for $250 😵
Oh hell yeah you got the Top Loader. I love my Top Loader it felt like such an upgrade when I got one in the early 2000s (paid $75). Games actually work without having to blow in them. Unfortunately it’s RF only with “jailbars” but I AV modded mine so it looks great now.
Not too bad of a flea market--some fun stuff there you guys! Some decent games--oh geez, those Spider-Men would've been going home with Lady Laci. Ooooo, top loader find excellent!

Retro gaming hippie approves! Always great to see the future generations out hunting! I always say if you are going to buy an NES, spring a little extra for a top loader. Compact and dependable. Dog bone controllers are so silky smooth! Pretty sure you already have at least one. There is a flea market every weekend at the tulalip casino. Bit of a drive for you but I found it to be a decent place. Have not been there in a year since moving to Oregon. Pretty sure I remember fry bread being a staple of native Americans diet
From what I understand, fry bread is a Native American thing. Cool you found a local place and seems like if you make yourself welcome (spending some money) they're willing to give you a better deal
That's an amazing flea market! They have cool video game stuff. The local one that's run by the Rotary Club has noooo games at all. Just a bunch of pot plants and various home brick-a-brack. Edit: The prices seem super reasonable too! The local pawnshop is gouging on everything these days.
I need to move you never find stuff by me. A couple sports games maybe but that's it. And so awesome to see Jaron out on the town with dad. Hope everyone is well.

John, have been binging your channel for the last few days. The way you interact with your kids is inspiring!
Any video with Jaron is an amazing start to the day!

I love watching you and Jaron game hunt! What a great kid (and dad!)
you're just like me, walk in looking for games, and end up grocery shopping. love it.
Hi, Jaron!!! Hope you had a great day with Dad! Flea markets are amazing when you can find great stuff!
Love this one, man. So wholesome. Reminds me of hangin with my dad when I was a kid.

This was very enjoyable and always a blessing to see what a great father and person you are.
Awesome father son bonding day. Jaron is lucky to have such a cool dad and vice versa. Great pickups, but now I’m hungry.

Fun video. Thanks for showing us around your town.
It's a nearby town. I need to visit here more often. We go at least once a year as they have an AWESOME corn maze during Halloween season.
“What is this? A flea market for ants?!” Great video and finds! Have you ever had fry bread with chili?

Love watching these kind of videos!! Thanks for a peek into the local scene, Mr. Riggs!
Yeah, I've honestly never been so figured we'd check it out. Glad we did.
Good on you for including your family in the videos. I also found 5 dogbone controllers and had no idea they go for like 30$!
I wish I could get as happy about anything as you get about inexpensive cheese. So fun to watch.
My favorite Jaron moment is, “Go to Popeye’s?” and then him laughing harder each time. 😂
Thanks for the video with Jaron. Such an awesome kid. U guys are awesome!
This was a great family time video. Awesome seeing all the merchants and pawn shop scores.👍🏻👾

I saw aguas frescas, queso, Spanish speaking in the background... Thank you for supporting stuff like this, John Riggs 🤘🤘🤘
Thanks for stopping by my stand. I try to work out deals when possible.
Right on John! Thank you for the video. I love these.
That was fun to see you and Jaron out in the flea market wilds. Those can be so rewarding to visit! Thanks John!
Like old game chasers videos, really good 👍🏻
Fried bread "It's not quite like an elephant ear.."
Like I know what an elephant ear is!!! 🤣🐘
Adventure! Looks like you had an awesome day with the kiddos and came out of it with a great video and some stellar finds. Heck yeah!
For real you need to be honored with dad of the year award
Nice to see your son.I am bless with a special kid too can't wait to see mines grow like yours and hang out with him
Awesome finds!. I love pawn shops and flea markets that let you name off a price for systems/games! 😄
At least you HAVE a flea market. If we have one here in Ireland at all you only get moldy vinyls and tractor parts. 😂😜
Dude that’s a sick looking flea market. And yes, any drink from a jarrito jug is awesome

I hitched thru there last year and hit up that pawn shop! Bought quite a number of things
Really nice games hunt. I'm sure that you and your kid had too much fun! Good job! Congrats from Brazil!
Jaron is a fun kid. He reminds me of me at that age. I had so much energy and i was a handful.
Nothing like a flea market trip with the fam. Great video!
Going shopping so that I don't have to. Great video, as always. Buying locally is awesome when the price is good.
Dude!
This is my kinda place!!
I'm super jelly.
We have stuff like this in Kentucky, but you have to travel WAY far south or east to find it.
this is exactly the type of place you'd come across a lil Samson or something
hey, you never know.
@@JohnRiggs well i do know this place doesn’t (right now) or you’d have found it :)
Fryjack bread is popular too in Belize and it's amazing stuffed with baked beans and pulled pork!!

Man that flea market was awesome! I miss outdoor flea markets
John: these drinks are legit .... Jaron: they were shit 😂😂 hilarious u gotta love that little dude man
$120 for a top loader NES Jr? Not too shabby! Probably just needs a solid cleaning.
Awesome episode John. These styles of videos are my favorite. Jeep being awesome my friend. Yall had so much fun.
You need your own Frank that you can call and pester to come on down to the flea market halfway through the video.
Good video! You got some great pickups! That NES system was a quite a buy too! I will have to go to my local flea market this year and check it out!
The toppenish fleamarket always has good stuff thats where I found a majority of my collection years ago. Pasco fleamarket is a good one
Here in my SW Michigan we still have a restaurant called Russ's that still has a phone at the table.
So much respect man! You guys look like you had a blast!
Love this. No Jaron we will do our shopping at the end, 1.5 seconds later Jaron has an among us popit 😂
Nice to see Toppenish again, used to go camping there. Doesn’t look like it has changed much!
it hasn't changed since the tready
dang, you are a good dad its so easy to tell. looks like a fun day
Hi John and Jaron, blessings from Costa Rica!! 🇨🇷 🙌🏻 Awesome show guys, keep it up!! 💪🏻😃👍🏻
Jaron is amazing and good deal on the NES. It’s amazes me that an Top loader will be in a pawn shop.
You should take your son with you more, it was a great video. Your a awesome dad
Jaron clearly knows what's best in life.
Riggs.... You have more power than me to resist buying on the spot. FOMO but that guy with his games behind a case isn't a dummy. 🤣
Most were standard priced. Easy when you see stuff like this often at game conventions. Didn't wanna leave empty handed, though.
Fun vid! Love it when you get out with the family 🙂👍🏼
Hey Jaron! A top loader in the wild, if you consider Pawn Shop the wild. That is a rare thing.
I think Pawn shop is more 'wild' than a video game convention or video game store.
Frybread looks like our fried cornbread :) Tastes delicious, especially if it’s made with a little sugar and sour cream.
We have fry bread in Canada we use them for everything best are Indian talkos
Conventions and flea markets are the best videos
The 3DS and SNES games were well priced. The NES top loader was a great find. I should have asked my granny for that check for $49.99.
Great video! Love how you share this with your kids!

The "Dirt Mall" as we called it when we were kids. Never know what you will find, it's a beautiful thing.
