    Hello, Rob. I've been following you for two years.
    I want to ask you an important question about my height
    I've measured my height a lot of times In your own way.. Which depends on the bottle, the pen and the wall
    And every time I have become 181cm and 180.5 before sleep
    But when i measured myself In pharmacy By (BMI Machine) .. I've become 176.4cm..And in another pharmacy on the same machine I've become 177.5
    How is that possible? And what's the right way to measure height?

    • @DefiantComrade
      @DefiantComrade Год назад +3

      Go with the Tape measure always. These machines in pharmacy and hospitals are not set properly and you can get inaccurate reading and can cause a difference of 2 to 3 inches i.e. you will measure 2 to 3 inches less than your actual height.
