For the “Gorosei Exposed” to be fair most likely the reason Wapol escaped is because if they ran after him or used a haki ability to paralyze him it would be like lighting the Batsignal. Everyone would know powerful warriors are in the empty throne room and go check it out leading them to see Imu which seems counterproductive. I couldn’t see people like Fujitora, Greenbull, or Lucci sensing that power and straight up ignoring it. And in regards of Fisher Tiger the Gorosei are the last line of defense for Imu and the Celestial Dragons. The first line is the slaves themselves which obviously Fisher isn’t going to fight them. The next two lines of defense are the ones you should be calling out, that being CP0 and the God Knights. I think those 4 specifically are Yonko level, however the other admirals (Greenbull, Fujitora, Kizaru) are probably not nearly as strong as Prime Garp and current Akainu
